**What do you like best about Ivy Retail Execution?**

Assuming the software review is for Salesforce application.
The IRE provided nice display of inventory available and order management.
Since the software was used in one of the project with Tata croma.
I was using IRE for inventory and online order management services.
We developed a order management plan basis order pincode and nearest hub for delivery.
This tool was also very much useful for delivery management means the feature of route to market for greater sales and limited human efforts.
UI ux is friendly for easy access but short cuts for application service can be reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Ivy Retail Execution?**

As I mentioned above, the user experience need to be reviewed again as compared to Acidas-CRM application, IRE is bit complicated.

Also, the integration with internal system (Tatas internal system) had become very difficult.
It took 2 to 3 months for integration and access only.
Also when I checked the specifications documents, i found that this application can not be used by all type retailer but having limited system capability.
Like RK bazzaar, patel super market etc.

Another issue is identified that, the production exception.
Generation of reports basis data from IRE whole another level of efforts.

I was deployed with tata croma for project to have a system for inventory and online order management 
We integrated IRE for above purpose only.

The adaptability of this software, we can use it on our mobile devices as well.

It has a broad feature set and complex in setup. Also the maintainance is high.

**What problems is Ivy Retail Execution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI driven image recognisition is good feature.
The real-time analytics for demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and sales monitoring, allows to make data-driven decisions efficiently
