What do you like best?

Very easy to understand and instinctive, works disconnected (significant for remote spots with no Internet get to) and can give you a diagram of any point in time with only a tick on a catch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

While I comprehend the significance of information honesty, I do wish there was a "super manager" capacity to erase places on the grounds that tragically a portion of our reps have extra time copied puts or included wrong places which dilutes the general database.

Likewise, on the grounds that they are just structures, there is no investigation to them, so for example you can't ascertain results naturally. Having said that, notwithstanding, the fare work is unbelievably simple so it's simply an issue of having great Excel aptitudes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd love it if Repsly added conditional logic to the forms, e.g. if this answer is yes, then ask this question. With our type of work this would make life a 100 times better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our business group isn't your conventional deals group - they don't simply take orders, yet they are really an operational help group for our stores and thusly need to write about an assortment of issues, a large portion of which are subjective. What do you like best?

The most effective tool for tracking visits, making scheduled stops, uploading and updating information about stops, and easy reporting to track progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are times that the program will not post notes, or the checked-in stops will not record time at stop. You have to refresh the page more often than one might like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. It allows me to schedule my month ahead of time and maps out my day

What do you like best?

The People Behind the APP. From Sales to Customer Support to their Executive Team. Very hands on and informative. Has proven time and time to be a valued partner.

The tool is extremely helpful for small companies that have limited resources such as ourselves. The ability to track miles, see where my merchandisers are at all times and the reporting provide the market intelligence I need to manage our robust and wide business. What do you like best?

It is the easieast way to enter customers and to find them in the system with the addresses whereever you go. I like this app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Forms are super easy to create and launch, data pulls are quick and simple, mapping leaves a bit to be desired but not bad all around Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Wish that mapping and geotagging was a bit more specific, would be nice if it was simpler to find reps and track their routes. Also no way to map a route from desktop all has to be done on mobile which is clunky Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The app visually is great and simple. The ability to geo-tag is a great thing to have. I love that the user is able to make changes without having to go through the Repsly support team. Development team moves at a pretty quick pace to update the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's difficult to manage a large team with Repsly. The data collection is messy, the analytics platform isn't very useful, and the process can be very manual. Great app for managing a small team, but not a large one at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We use Repsly for managing the daily sales activities for our distribution business. We capture pictures in real time and post it so other sales team can see it right away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting and exporting to excel to easily maneuver and shows efficiency in timing for all merchandisers or sales team. There is still much room to improve in this area but it is getting better and better every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like that our team can easily track their client visits and review prior history for each client, including photos. And as a manager, I can review their work to both encourage them and to implement new best practices across the company when I see areas that we as a company need to improve. We wish the "Find Clients Nearby" function worked better. Also, it would be great to streamline the information in each account into an easy to scroll through "feed." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CRM - the previous tools we used didn't efficiently allow us to input and review our critical information, one of which is photos.
