It would be better if this was already enabled by default with the option to turn off. I like the integration into and existing commonly used tool - Powerpoint. I like the interactivity features which help keep learners engaged. The compact drag and drop format means that I can easily complete design, slide by slide versus a much longer blank page. I like that it is also fairly easy to learn and use, the team has reached out to provide support where necessary. The audio and video integration features also make the tool valuable. Also, there is a bit of rigidity with the interactive features - I can combine or edit other content into the features. I use iSpring Suite for safety training and certification, and I appreciate the ease of access it offers. Its seamless integration with PowerPoint is fantastic because I can add and tweak my existing presentations with ease. Utilizing AI for voiceovers is a great feature because it saves me from creating voice content myself or having to pay someone else to do it. The ability to customize content for our company is significantly easier, and not having to purchase a ton of credits like on Click Safety has been more cost-effective. The learning curve of iSpring is tremendously reduced if you know your way around PowerPoint. The new AI image generation feature is especially useful because it makes it easy to create custom icons and visuals when I can’t find exactly what I need in the content library, which is already very extensive. What really stands out, though, is the team behind the product. Whether it’s customer support, which is always quick and helpful, or the webinars, there’s a very natural, friendly, and slightly humorous approach that makes working with iSpring genuinely enjoyable. What do you dislike about iSpring Suite? The only thing I would improve is the workflow around translation and text-to-speech. When translating a course, the TTS does not translate automatically, so it still needs to be updated separately. I also wish there was one central TTS window where I could see and edit the full narration text for the whole course, instead of opening each slide one by one. It would also be very helpful to set the language and voice once for all TTS audio, especially when working with translated courses, because it involves a lot of extra clicking. What I like best about iSpring Suite is its seamless PowerPoint integration. I regularly use quizzes, role-play, dialogue simulation, and multimedia tools to turn familiar presentations into polished, interactive eLearning. This workflow saves me significant development time because I can create meaningful decisions, feedback, and assessments without advanced programming. An unexpected benefit is how easily I can update existing training while maintaining a consistent, professional learner experience. I like how the audio syncs with a click of a button with the selected slides. Before, I had to do it manually, which was time-consuming. iSpring Suite performs reliably during everyday course development, including projects with quizzes, branching scenarios, audio, video, and other interactive elements. Publishing is generally smooth, and the finished courses run consistently across devices. Larger multimedia-heavy projects can take longer to process, but the software remains dependable when it matters. It provides strong value by combining course authoring, quizzes, role-plays, multimedia, and publishing tools in one package. Its PowerPoint integration reduces development time and removes the need for advanced programming or multiple separate tools. Although the initial cost may be significant for individuals or small teams, the time saved and professional quality of the finished courses make it a worthwhile investment for regular eLearning development. Getting started was straightforward because iSpring works within the familiar PowerPoint environment. The tutorials, knowledge base, webinars, and practical examples helped me learn the additional features quickly. When I needed assistance, the support resources were clear and useful, making the overall onboarding experience smooth and manageable. The automated features help streamline routine development tasks, particularly quiz creation, text-to-speech, captions, and content refinement. They provide a useful starting point and reduce production time, although I still review and edit the output to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with the learning objectives. The learning curve is small and the customer service is great whenever I have questions. I also enjoy the frequent webinars and take advantage of attending to learn new things whenever possible. The biggest downside is that the features open in new windows and the existing PowerPoint windows are not able to be accessed when the iSpring feature windows are open. There are some settings that are hidden and take a while to find. I didn't know about some of these until they became issues that I had to ask for help to resolve. The training is everything from step-by-step how to videos to leadership training, and everything in-between. It is an all in one solution that we can use for screen recordings, closed captioning, and interactive slides to keep users engaged. It's easy to use overall - if you know PowerPoint, you know iSpring. You can build polished courses with plenty of out-of-the-box quiz question types and interactions. You can also use their design elements (backgrounds, characters, templates) or create custom graphics using their AI features. The support team is really helpful too — I've gotten a fast resolution every time I've reached out. And last but not least, it offers great value for money, with a discounted price for freelancers.
