The biggest difference for me is how quickly I can build courses directly inside PowerPoint. Creating interactive quizzes,, and role-play simulations happens seamlessly without leaving the familiar PowerPoint interface, so iterating on course content has zero learning curve.

I love how iSpring Suite allows me to integrate it with Microsoft PowerPoint to use my preexisting slideshows. I appreciate the feature that lets me create scripts and have AI read them instead of using my voice. The ability to create interactive slides that keep the person engaged is awesome, as well as the option to add a knowledge check quiz at the end. It can sometimes be a bit tedious to sync up the animations with the voice. If there was an auto sync ability, where it takes the words and makes the animations match, the time saved would be astronomical. I particularly like the way iSpring Suite’s course player can display the presenter video alongside the PowerPoint slides. It creates a more engaging learning experience while retaining the familiarity and flexibility of PowerPoint. What I dislike most is the number of technical issues I continue to encounter. iSpring Suite does not work reliably with OneDrive, which is particularly frustrating given that it is a PowerPoint add-on within the Microsoft Office ecosystem. I have also experienced recurring problems with how courses display or behave on mobile devices. These issues can make an otherwise capable authoring tool feel less dependable than it should be, especially when producing and maintaining a large volume of course content. I love how intuitive iSpring is. In most course building applications, the platform is very complex and very difficult to work with, involving multiple triggers and backend changes that can become very tedious. iSpring takes all of that away and makes the build easy to use, while still producing an effective course. There isn’t much that I dislike. The main thing I’d ask you to consider is adding other types of interactions, such as flash cards, or providing a better way to create simulations. Right now we’re using the hotspot choice in the quiz section, which works fine for the moment, but I’m hoping to see something in the future that lets us embed or build a simulation without having to add each image individually. Ultimately, we want to be able to test learners in our elearning environment, grade them quickly, and provide feedback that can branch them to another part of the course based on their performance. The best thing about iSpring Suite AI is how much time the new AI Course Creator saves. I can upload the materials I already have, describe the target audience and training goal, choose the voiceover text, and let it create a course draft in just a few minutes. I love the ease of converting and creating web-format materials, as well as the ability to easily share courses with a simple link. So, what could be improved, it would rather concern everything related to animation, I think we can do more animation. A little more fluidity, so modernize, with the integration of videos that are a bit simpler. The generation of videos, for example, but especially at the level of audio scripts, we really have an issue there, it's that we have to exit and enter a slide to be able to copy and paste the script, when you have 60 slides, it's super redundant and can lead to many errors. I love how easy iSpring Suite is to use and how many features it offers for creating interactive content for my YouTube audience. I also find it great that I can convert video content to interactive written material. The initial setup was super easy, just a few clicks and no complications, which really stands out because before using iSpring, we would create this material manually. I like that it is integrated with PowerPoint. There are a lot of ways to personalize the learning experiences to fit the needs of the objectives we are trying to meet. I just realized that you have to enable the control setting for the audio in order to pause/start it. It would be better if this was already enabled by default with the option to turn off. I like the integration into and existing commonly used tool - Powerpoint. I like the interactivity features which help keep learners engaged.

The compact drag and drop format means that I can easily complete design, slide by slide versus a much longer blank page. I like that it is also fairly easy to learn and use, the team has reached out to provide support where necessary. The audio and video integration features also make the tool valuable. I would like to see more interactive features- while I find the current ones useful, I find that there could be more to represent different types of content. Also, there is a bit of rigidity with the interactive features - I can combine or edit other content into the features.
