**What do you like best about iRestore?**

The only thing that has helped is the grading system on the CRM side. I like being able to assign our companies we're calling on into categories A, B, C, or D depending on how hot or cold the prospects are.

**What do you dislike about iRestore?**

I really dislike the entire functionality of the program. We have to sign into a separate program first to get into iRestore. Then we have to wait so long for the program to load. If the service is bad in an area, the program doesn't even load, which is a nightmare for trying to set up customers and having them sign our paperwork.

**Recommendations to others considering iRestore:**

Don't use the software.

**What problems is iRestore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to have all of our customers and paperwork in one area and all of our referral partners in one area. Whereas before there wasn't any software being utilized.
