
The only thing that has helped is the grading system on the CRM side. I like being able to assign our companies we're calling on into categories A, B, C, or D depending on how hot or cold the prospects are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really dislike the entire functionality of the program. We have to sign into a separate program first to get into iRestore. Then we have to wait so long for the program to load. If the service is bad in an area, the program doesn't even load, which is a nightmare for trying to set up customers and having them sign our paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
