We are using for its comprehensive suite of feature for managing projects.Including job tracking details.Upload seamless photo and documents. Streamlined communication tools and reporting capabilities.Which is allow restoration contractors to manage every aspect of project from start to finish in a single platform. According to the startup they are now bugs free and better. But sometime we are lost photos due to poo reception and syncing issue . Also drytrack option should automatically sync like the photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used DASH for 7 years. When we bought the software it was the "All in one" solution for CRM, Reporting, Moisture Monitoring, Customer communication etc. But over the years, instead of imporving their existing platform they have let it stagnate in favor of acuiring other businesses that perform specific functions of their software. They prioritize these standalone product that cost extra. Examples include;

- Aquiring MICA and not improving the DASH's DryTrack or Photos capabilitys

-Buying ProAssist rather than adding communication functions to existing software and making the documents capability in DASH redundant

-Adding Luxor making the marketing/sales side of DASH redundant and irrelavant

-BI Reporting is another "add on" and DASH's internal reports havent been improved in 7 years

Over-all, DASH on its own is a very dated product with very little resources going into it's development. Overtime it has steadily gotten worse as they acuire other softwares that do the same thing and dont include it in the DASH subscription.

In recent years there have been a number of new products coming to the market, I would reccomend checking them out before getting tied into the DASH system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can load all contracts and documents, drop notes to document along the way and enter dates for milestones. My favorite feature is being able to document calls by calling through the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the reporting features for Dash do not work. Photo reports come out looking unproportioned. When sending Work Authorization contracts and final completion certificates electronically some signatures and features do not load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Next Gear Dash give you all the tools you need to process and produce your job. It's easy to use and very user friendly. It has the capability of veiwing your job in one glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Something that Next Gear Dash could look into is Time Sheets. It's been a bit of a stuggle when approving time for many employees and trying to enter everyones time correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Next Gear DASH's compliance tasks synced perfectly with the SLA targets set forth by various referral programs. It ensured that we met all SLA agreements by completing compliance tasks on time. I also always had a great experience any time I had to reach out for support via their chat feature. The response was prompt, personal, and always helpful. DASH also synced with Quickbooks, which is what we use for our accounting software, so it made it easy to export customers and import accounting information into DASH. Once we moved out of residential insurance restoration into commercial work, Dash no longer met our needs. It was designed for insurance restoration and worked well in that sector, but it didn't really have the features that we needed in commercial construction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have everything to manage a claim in one place is great--photos, notes, basic info are easily accessible from mobile or desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's always bugs. They're better now than they have been, but my crew still talks about lost photos due to poor reception and syncing issues. Also, "finish visit" option in drytrack should automatically sync like the photos.
