I wish there were a way to write comments on the profiles, so it is easier to know their answers. For example, if a prospect's response is negative, I could mark them, so I don't message them again. This could also work by having lists where I can put all the contacts that respond negatively. I am currently moving them to a new sequence named DO NOT CONTACT. The contact activity Heat Mapping report has revolutionized my open and response rates. Combined with how the ready-made templates have helped me when I've had writer's block on what to A/B test next, or new things to try out. Simplicity of the use. Often while using a product you think "Oh, I wish there was this function", or "Wish this did that" - and with Intersellar's case what you expect to be there is actually there. Nothing comes to mind easily. Maybe something about tracking, or better synchronisation with Pipedrive. Oh, perhaps a calendar view when setting up sequences and number of days after which the subsequent email is sent, i.e. not just number of days but an opportunity to see if this would fall on e.g. Sunday to then adjust it.
