
The sequencing tool is beneficial for following up with the messages we send to our prospects. It is very user-friendly and allows you to connect to your current CRM system, so everything gets updated on your records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were a way to write comments on the profiles, so it is easier to know their answers. For example, if a prospect's response is negative, I could mark them, so I don't message them again. This could also work by having lists where I can put all the contacts that respond negatively. I am currently moving them to a new sequence named DO NOT CONTACT. Thank you for your thoughtful review and feedback, Maria! I think we can show you a couple of workflow options for marking prospects after they respond. You can either attach a sentiment to their response, or you can create a custom field and use it for open text comment (it's not searchable, but would be something you could reference).
At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.
