What is Interseller?

Interseller is a NYC-based SaaS company in the recruiting tech space, recently acquired by Greenhouse Software in October 2021. Since 2016, we've been helping recruiting agencies around the world build more predictable client and candidate pipeline. Our platform helps reduce the time it takes to engage with prospects and candidates. Interseller can find and reach out to any personal or work email address through automated and personalized email sequences, all while keeping 30+ CRMs and ATSs up-to-date.

What do you like best about Interseller?

The sequencing tool is beneficial for following up with the messages we send to our prospects. It is very user-friendly and allows you to connect to your current CRM system, so everything gets updated on your records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interseller?

I wish there were a way to write comments on the profiles, so it is easier to know their answers. For example, if a prospect's response is negative, I could mark them, so I don't message them again. This could also work by having lists where I can put all the contacts that respond negatively. I am currently moving them to a new sequence named DO NOT CONTACT. What problems is Interseller solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was tough for the team to send messages and follow up on them. Now we simply create a sequence, establish the templates for the messages, and Interseller does the rest for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and feedback, Maria! I think we can show you a couple of workflow options for marking prospects after they respond. You can either attach a sentiment to their response, or you can create a custom field and use it for open text comment (it's not searchable, but would be something you could reference).

What do you like best about Interseller?

The contact activity Heat Mapping report has revolutionized my open and response rates. Combined with how the ready-made templates have helped me when I've had writer's block on what to A/B test next, or new things to try out. It's a simple UX/UI design that lets you see each email's open rate, the overall campaign open rate, and the book rate. So clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interseller?

I dislike how uninformative the Contact Details tab is. And I dislike how Interseller isn't just a fully functioning CRM already. I'm basically paying for two email CRMS, but only using one, because one is a CRM and Interseller isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Interseller solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the problem of spending too much time prospecting. With LI Sales Nav, and Close, I can, with one button click, select, import, and email 100 leads. It saved me hours in every day, and days in every week. My pipeline has never been fuller thanks to how Interseller has blown my prospecting potential through the roof. What do you like best about Interseller?

Ability to find emails is the best part of it. Also the ability to put the prospect directly into a campaign from LinkedIn. Interfaces with Zapier and my applicant tracking system

Easy to set up email sequencing. They added manual step to make calls or message through linkedIn.

Customer service follows through quickly.

What do you like best about Interseller?

Simplicity of the use. Often while using a product you think "Oh, I wish there was this function", or "Wish this did that" - and with Intersellar's case what you expect to be there is actually there. I can't think of any major functionality I'm missing in the Interseller's workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interseller?

Nothing comes to mind easily. Maybe something about tracking, or better synchronisation with Pipedrive. Oh, perhaps a calendar view when setting up sequences and number of days after which the subsequent email is sent, i.e. not just number of days but an opportunity to see if this would fall on e.g. Sunday to then adjust it. What problems is Interseller solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual tedious follow ups - not only one doesn't need to keep track of it, but it saves time and effort to type out each email individually. And, deliverability as the emails look more genuine than mass sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Interseller?

Super easy to use and intuitive compared to other outreach platforms. Deliverability rates are fairly high as well. Fairly quick customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interseller?

Less robust for sales focused campaigns since it only does email and not calls or other actions. Also doesn't have a robust list making function and requires you to get contacts from other sources. Pricier than competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Interseller?

Interseller integrates nicely with linkedin, making it relatively effortless to create campaigns with up to a couple of hundred people for sales outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The email lookups take time, and is a slightly cumbersome process. Also, Interseller does not allow you to easily add in custom steps such as calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Interseller?

I love how Interseller allows you to put together a list of contacts and build out a campaign in a way that you do not have to do the extra leg work or continue to check in and follow up on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interseller?

I do not like how they dont add in your contacts in your ats system. They make it hard sometimes to pull all of the infromation, I also do not like how this doesnt provide you phone numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just a couple of quick notes if you want to reach out to your account rep at Interseller to inquire: (1) Depending on your ATS or CRM, we do automatically sync contact information over. If you are using one we do not have an integration with, you should be able to do a quick CSV export and import that into your ATS or CRM of choice. (2) Depending on your plan, we do offer the ability to look up mobile phone numbers for your prospects and/or candidates.

What do you like best about Interseller?
