**What do you like best about InsertChat?**

The best thing about this InsertChat platform is its ease of initial setup and using specfically for businesses when we want to quickly add AI chat and live chat functionality to our website. This platform's interface is also very clean, and its bot builder feature doesn't need any technical expertise. Their combination of automation and manual human handoff allows us a seamless transition from AI chatbot to live agent, very helpful for lead capture and customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about InsertChat?**

Though this platform is user-friendly, it can feel a bit limited when it comes to advanced customisation, when compared with other enterprise-grade chatbots. Their AI response are good for basic sorts of use cases, but for complex conversations, it feels a bit limited; we need manual tuning and some more integrations.

**What problems is InsertChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Insertchat helps me to solve is the fear of losing out on missed customer inquiries on our websites, like a lack of real-time engagement, and also solves the problem of the inefficient lead capture process. By automating the initial interaction and capturing visitor data, it helps us improve our response time, lead qualification and overall customer experience.

I like how InsertChat helps me with 'fast cheating and answers the questions,' making it a good tool for solving problems quickly. I find it easy to use, which is important for getting work done fast. It's a cheat for all problems, and it's always helping with my work. It's been handy for generating images for my social networks and has been particularly useful when dealing with anime images.

Slowly typing

I use InsertChat for social network video prompt image generation. It's a shortcut for many problems, providing quick answers and speeding up important tasks.

InsertChat is a brilliant and exceptionally user-friendly chatbot, far surpassing the capabilities of any others I've tried. What I love most is its unmatched data capacity, ensuring my information is both secure and easily organized with customizable naming. Its lightning-fast training consistently delivers accurate results on the first try. As someone immersed in the AI landscape since ChatGPT's release, with the vast data demands of the wireless industry, no other competitor could handle my needs—some even forcing me to create a supplementary website. InsertChat wasn't found by me; I discovered them, and I can't overstate their excellence. They even offer readily available human support for swift issue resolution. Accessibility is simple and fun; then it becomes an expert when it is well programmed, hence its meticulous use on serious subjects.

While the security is not optimal... There are bugs where we receive information from other users, so that's concerning.

Implementation required Automation and frequency of using for longer duration charges will be high.

The support is the best - apart from of course the unlimited possibilities to build and brand AI powered Chatbots. The chatsbots van be used 'stand alone, integrated into existing website or as a chatbot. The ease of useand ease of implementation are second to none. I am using the tool on a daily basis. Perfect tool if you want to start a AI agency
