Is Improvado free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Improvado does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Improvado pricing best suited for?

Improvado's pricing is best suited for mid-market marketing agencies and in-house teams managing paid media across multiple platforms and clients. G2 reviewers from the marketing and advertising segment dominate the review base and consistently report the highest satisfaction, citing multi-source ETL, automated reporting, and dedicated customer success as primary value drivers. Enterprise reviewers in healthcare, retail, and entertainment also report strong fit, particularly for Improvado's Advanced and Enterprise tiers with managed services and premium SLAs. Small businesses can benefit but G2 reviewers at that segment flag the technical lift and cost as friction points, making Improvado less ideal for teams without developer resources or substantial reporting volume.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Improvado?

Improvado offers no free tier or free trial based on G2's pricing data for Improvado. All access begins at the Growth tier, which requires contacting the vendor for pricing. Growth includes unlimited data sources, pre-built marketing pipelines, 2 years of historical data sync, hosted storage, and SSO. Improvado's Advanced tier adds direct data processing, unlimited warehouse destinations, geo-restricted data processing, and 10 managed service hours monthly. Improvado's Enterprise tier further adds custom sync frequency, a Management API, and 20 managed service hours. Key add-ons like revenue attribution, custom dashboards, and 24/7 support are available at additional cost across tiers.

Is Improvado considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Improvado a strong value for mid-market and enterprise marketing teams, particularly agencies managing multi-client, multi-channel reporting. High-rating reviewers consistently cite massive reductions in manual reporting hours, reliable API connections, and responsive customer success as core justifications for the cost. One G2 reviewer explicitly noted pricing is high but "still legit" given support quality. However, smaller businesses and startups flag cost as a barrier, with one reviewer calling Improvado expensive for limited budgets. Reviewers who compared it to SuperMetrics switched specifically for cross-platform data manipulation capabilities. The consensus: Improvado's pricing delivers strong ROI for data-heavy operations but may be disproportionate for lean teams with simpler ETL needs.

"Improvado Simplifies Complex Marketing Data with Intuitive UI and Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Improvado?

What I like best about Improvado is how it simplifies complex marketing data. It helps us integrate, transform, and govern large datasets while making it easier to identify actionable insights and eliminate noise. The UI is intuitive, customer support is outstanding, and the team genuinely listens to feedback. I've been impressed by how quickly they turn customer requests into product improvements and continue to innovate ahead of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Improvado?

I haven't encountered any major drawbacks. There can be a slight learning curve when working with complex data, but the support team is excellent and quick to help. The platform continues to improve and evolve based on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful once you learn it, but plan for the learning curve"

What do you like best about Improvado?

Improvado combines data sources in ways Looker Studio can’t. One of my clients runs five websites, and I pull all of their GA4 data into a single dashboard, then filter it by URL. In Looker Studio, that required multiple blends, and even then the data didn’t always join the way I needed it to. With Improvado, it takes one prompt.

The AI agent also creates custom reports that I can adjust with another prompt, so I’m not stuck fixing things widget by widget. We connect every source we can, and for the ones that weren’t available in their templates, Improvado built custom connectors so we could still bring everything together. What do you dislike about Improvado?

The learning curve is long. It took about six months of weekly calls with support to understand what the product can really do. Out of the box it looks basic. You have to push for customized settings to unlock its value. It's not for impatient teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
