**What do you like best about isolved?**

I like how isolved combines payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management into one platform, which helps streamline daily HR operations. The user-friendly interface makes it easier for our staff to manage their own information with the employee self-service tools. The reporting is very helpful for HR decisions, giving us better visibility into daily operations. Payroll processing is more streamlined, and employee records are easier to maintain. Benefits administration is more organized, and the workforce management tools help with scheduling, time tracking, and reporting. This organization reduces the need to manage multiple platforms, saving time and improving accuracy. The platform scales well for our needs and has been reliable overall. I also appreciate the training resources and customer support, which were helpful during the setup process.

One area that could be improved is the overall customization and navigation in certain sections of the platform. Some workflows and reports can take extra steps to configure, especially for more detailed HR reporting needs. There are also occasional delays with system updates or page loading during peak payroll periods, but overall the platform still provides strong value for our HR and payroll operations.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

I've been using isolved for payroll and HCM needs since 2018, and it has been a cornerstone of our HR operations. The platform has grown with our business, evolving into a comprehensive workforce management solution. Having payroll, time tracking, and benefits enrollment under a single login is a game-changer because the data flows seamlessly, significantly reducing manual entry errors. I've watched the interface become more intuitive, and the reporting tools get more robust. They actually listen to user feedback. isolved offers long-term stability without sacrificing modern features, and after seven years, I still haven't found a reason to look elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

The only thing I would say that I believe could be improved is developing a solution that helps existing customers implement new changes and understand how they can help them. Sometimes we start and never look back on a product. I have found that the innovative aspect is well ahead of me and my abilities to keep up.

Having payroll, time tracking, and benefits enrollment under a single login is a game-changer, with seamless data flow significantly reducing manual entry errors.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

There has been a lot of new changes to the isolved system.  AI is present and I really appreciate the chatbot for quick questions and menu searches.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I am still looking for other language options during on-baording.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

isolved solved our scariest issue in 2017 which was tracking insured employees and sending out the correct forms for ACA compliance.  They have lots of reports to help figure out the eligibility of full and part-time staff.
It is also helping with staffing.  An added feature is isolved Hire which lets me post to many different job boards, and links back to the isolved Hire site.  I can contact and set up interviews straight from there.  These listings push to our website's hiring tab, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter.  You can add other sites for a small charge too.
It also integrated our WOTC filings.  That information is gathered at the online onboarding.  This helped us go paper-free for employee paperwork!

**What do you like best about isolved?**

I use isolved as our entire HRIS for our company, from when employees fill out their application to their termination or retirement process. I find it really helpful to electronically complete and store all our employee files, as well as manage payroll and benefit enrollment. It saves us so much time versus doing it manually. I like that isolved is always quick to assist and streamline any of our processes and offer solutions, even when we think there might not be one. I also appreciate their great customer service. We have monthly calls with our customer service rep to go through different parts of the system and get updates or ideas for streamlining our processes as we walk through how we use the system today. I value the way they provide solutions quickly and how they are always ready to help with anything taking more time than it should.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Reporting features could be a little bit better. There are a ton of reporting options available, maybe too many. Some of the reports we only use once a year, so to remember which ones we need to run is sometimes a challenge. We also have to manually merge some of the information on different reports to get what we need. If we could customize the reports that would save a lot of time.

I use isolved as our HRIS to complete and store employee files electronically, handle payroll, and enroll in benefits, saving us a lot of time compared to doing these tasks manually.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

iSolved is a cost-effective tool that includes features you’d typically expect to find in larger HCM platforms. I also find its ATS intuitive, and it sends job listings to more job boards than I’ve used before.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

iSolved has less-than-intuitive workflows, and sometimes things are difficult to find.  Often things are very manual and click heavy. It takes time to do things that should be completed in one or two work flows.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a small nonprofit that was manually tracking most things before iSolved. We did have payroll software, but it didn’t include any HR capabilities. That led to frequent discrepancies, such as incorrect PTO balances or employees recording time under the wrong time code.

iSolved has simplified most of these processes and gives managers a strong set of tools for reporting and analytics. The cost is extremely attractive for a small nonprofit, especially considering the breadth of tools it provides.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

iSolved has many features that triumph other payroll software's. iSolved has a wide variety of reports for any business's needs. From payroll, hr, audits, etc, iSolved has the report you need. Most pages allow you to export into an excel spreadsheet, a quick way to edit and save what you need. iSolved has been releasing many fraud protection features as it is becoming more relevant. The iSolved community is very welcoming and partners come together to help each other.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

While iSolved makes many updates and fixes, some of these releases cause other things to break. iSolved does work quickly to resolve problems, but it does affect partners and clients. iSolved can improve on their response time for customer support tickets.

iSolved is constantly improving, every two weeks to make a better experience for both customers and clients. Partners can send in ideas on how to better iSolved, which gets taken into consideration into the releases

I like that isolved is easy and fairly intuitive. The platform is entirely managed by isolved, so our company only has to focus on getting the data in there. The single portal format and ease of use make it straightforward for all employees to use, regardless of their skill set or understanding. It provides a unified web portal and app for managing things like time off, payroll details, and benefit enrollment, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I think there should be better differentiation between a manager's login dashboard and an employee dashboard. Right now, normal employees often run into rejection popups saying they don't have permission to use certain features, which is frustrating. It's easy to click on something that seems accessible but is actually just for managers.

I use isolved for managing employee data, payroll, and benefits. It provides a unified portal for checking time off and salary details. It's fairly intuitive, making it easy for all skill levels to use.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

I like that isolved takes away the need for manual processes. The direct submission of enrollments, plan changes, and qualifying events without relying on paper or emails makes things much smoother. It allows both the employer and employees to directly make, track, and submit their elections to the carriers. Plus, the setup has become very smooth over the years. Initially, it was tough, but now it's updated to a point where it's easily done.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

We have clients that are in small groups. When the carriers do not allow a file feed with small groups, then you have to use a third-party vendor to submit the enrollments, and there seem to be communication issues with those vendors.

I use isolved for direct submission of enrollments, plan changes, and qualifying events. It eliminates the need for manual processes with paper forms, allowing employers and employees to track and submit elections directly.

We’ve had a great experience with iSolved. Their reps are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They offer a wide range of payroll and HR solutions, from basic processing to more advanced services. I would definitely recommend them to any business looking for a reliable payroll partner.

Response times to emails could be improved, as replies can sometimes take longer than expected. However, when I call, someone always answers and helps right away. Also, when pulling reports, there can be a delay and I often have to keep clicking “refresh” until they’re ready.

iSolved has one of the easiest new employee on board process. I love that I no longer have to look for forms and organize and file folders.

iSolved is easy to use, but if you make even one mistake when entering a new hire’s information, you may end up having to repeat the entire setup - especially if you enter the wrong Social Security number.

It used to be a problem keeping all the necessary tax forms updated and finding the latest revision online. With iSolved, the software keeps that all up to date for you.

I love the customer service from isolved. They are always available to help when we need it, from creating reports to answering simple questions. The talent acquisition feature is amazing and has saved us so much time and effort in finding employees that fit our company. The initial setup experience was amazing, with customer service always easy to get ahold of, guiding us through learning the new software.

Some reports are not available to us and have to be made. It is a little frustrating how many times our team or rep changes. We have had a few and just when we know them and are comfortable they change.

This ease of use is valuable because when the platform is simple, clients are more likely to continue doing business with me rather than seeking a more accessible alternative. The initial setup of isolved was extremely easy, and I appreciate that it allows me to go back and make changes if needed.

I love that isolved is easy to access and navigate. I appreciate that it's accessible via both app and web, making it convenient for me to get a breakdown of how much money I made, view my payment history, and manage tax information easily. I also like being able to change address details and direct deposit information effortlessly.

I wish Face ID and 2-factor authentication worked a bit smoother and that the app had more color to it to be visually more pleasing.

I use isolved to access my w2, payday and direct deposit details, and tax info easily. It lets me view my earnings, taxes, and payment history, and update address and deposit info effortlessly, all through its user-friendly app and web platform.

I don't like that when you get an error, it doesn't tell you what it's for. It would be helpful if after an error pops up, it would direct you to the exact area of iSolved that is the issue.

iSolved is helping me with managing multiple clients at one time, all in the same system. For the most part, everything system-wise is the same across the board. I like that it's not too different for each company.

I really like the reporting feature in isolved because it helps keep track of information and allows us to easily pull and manipulate reports for different needs across all departments. We can create custom reports in the report writer, which helps us keep track of diversity, bar information for our attorneys, census reports for benefits, and more.

The benefits and paid time off are too closely intertwined with payroll to the point where it's hard to edit something once a payroll has already been processed.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

The best part about isolved is that employees can enter their own time, and managers can approve it.  This reduces the time H.R. spends reviewing the timecards.  I also like that employees can request time off and view their PTO balance.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

The fact that there are so many other options, but we are unaware of them.  I only find out about them when I call support with a problem and am told that I do not have access to that.  We can't get access to something we don't even know exists.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Isolved is assisting in our onboarding and helping us to streamline the process.  At the conference in Scottsdale, they taught and offered valuable advice in our onboarding process.  They also assisted with our organization chart, pointing out specific problems and explaining why it was not populating correctly.  A few little hints went a long way!   The changes to come for reporting, consolidating into one reporting area, will be unbelievably beneficial.  It will provide ease of use, which I know everyone will appreciate.

I appreciate the wide range of options and features available in isolved, which caters to our complex needs. The ability to easily reach out to a representative and find a solution to a problem, often at no additional cost, is incredibly valuable. For example, by simply turning on a feature, like the analytics dashboard, we now have access to a wealth of data to present to management, enhancing our decision-making process. I find the system enhancements, such as customizations and integrations with other platforms like Cigna and TIAA, have streamlined operations significantly. The customer support team is outstanding, offering constant updates and ensuring everything during integrations is handled properly. These aspects make isolved a powerful and adaptable tool for our HRIS needs.

Because there are so many different features and options, it can seem kind of complex. The large plethora of features can complicate processes if you do not take the time to fully learn the system.

I use isolved to customize our dashboard, streamline benefits administration and retirement contributions, saving multiple steps and hours each week through integrations with Cigna and TIAA. For me, the most helpful part of isolved is having everything in one place. IT streamlines my workflow, reduces duplicate tasks and makes managing employee information much smoother. The customer support is very helpful and now with the AI help I cannot complain.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Our law firm often requests reports that we are unable to generate in isolved. For example, we offer two floating holidays and would like to print a list of all employees that includes their floating holiday balances and whether they have used them. Additionally, during our annual reviews, we experienced a syncing issue with the ‘employee supervision’ field, which required us to call several times for assistance.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Isolved has been very effective in streamlining our applicant tracking, pre-screening, and onboarding processes. Having everything at a glance and being able to click to check status is extremely convenient, and we receive an email notification once all steps are complete. The Learn & Grow module has also been very helpful. I have created a ‘New Hire Path’ that includes basic videos from isolved on how to navigate the portal, as well as the option to upload our own webinars for new hires, making onboarding smoother and more engaging

I really appreciate the excellent customer service that isolved provides. It's great that it centralizes payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and compliance into one system. I find it helpful that isolved integrates with the majority of our insurance carriers, making things more convenient.

Invoices for all services are not sent for all services in an itemized manner prior to it being ACH. ACA 1095-C coding should be more aligned with IRS requirements.

I use isolved to centralize employee data, automate payroll and tax filings, track time and PTO, administer benefits, and support ACA compliance. It solves the fragmentation in HR, payroll, and compliance processes, reducing errors, manual work, and compliance risk, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.

isolve makes the clock in/out process simple and the ease of using the app is nice. I also like the fact that if I leave my current job, I still have access to all my payroll information.

I have had issues of the app not loading on first attempt and it taking two to three attempts to load.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

We are a small company (just under 50 W-2 employees) and after Covid we expanded our remote employee base into 7 other states.  Adding their platform to help make and keep the handbook state compliant, sending me instructions on how to enroll in new states, and any specific employment communications that need to be made is invaluable.  The open enrollment process is made so easy having a dedicated representative (Heather Cannon) who holds several joint meetings with us and our insurance broker so we can be sure the communications made to our employees are proper, the rates are accurate, the full documents are in the portal, and that the reminders are sent by iSolved and not manually done by me. Even our FSA/HSA and Dependent care platforms are with iSolved so it's one stop shopping for my employees.  With all of these platforms I use, I am still getting more value than the price I paid with our prior carrier.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

The first payroll after transition did not go smoothly. We had a very complicated hourly payroll structure which made it difficult to get hours to compute properly.  We have since changed to straight bi-weekly hourly payroll which went off without any problems.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a multistate employer due to remote workers is a challenge.  Their handbook maintenance program and state alerts have helped me feel confident I am communicating the appropriate information to my employees in different states.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

Isolved customer service is the very best.  I have only positive experiences when I have need help.We have been with isolved since 2017.  Their product has made doing payroll a breeze. I use it daily.  We use many of their products and has made us staying in compliance with all the changes that happen throughout the year. It is a very intuit product and they also take feedback from the customers to make improvements.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

The only downside of isolved is something that no product can do.  Get employees to clock in and out correctly.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing that isolved is solving for me in one of my roles is expense management.  It has made reconciling the many credit cards we have so much easier.  I'm not looking for receipts since the employee can upload at the time of purchase with all the information needed.

Managing employees is the key of the business, it helps a lot to do so. Whenever I put hired people in the system, Isolved give me pretty straight direction, it is easy to use. And managing tax calculation and filing taxes are great for us to use so that we don't have to file individually in every single payrolls and issue 1099s or W2s on our own.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

The platform is easy to use, and the services offered are solid. The biggest highlight for me has been the support we’ve received throughout our first year. Our implementation went very smoothly. Our HR rep, Deb Swift, has been amazing. Our customer service rep, Crystal Castle, has also been great, and the open enrollment implementation specialist, Latavia Barnes, was outstanding. I’ve also worked with other reps at iSolved who were very helpful and assisted me in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Coming from a PEO, the transition to an ASO model has been a bit challenging in a few areas. In particular, some of the tax items have been difficult to set up and complete, and the process has involved delays. Now that we’re about a year into our time with iSolved, the tax setup still isn’t correct, and it has continued to cause delays across various states.

We initially signed a one-year agreement, and I reached out several times to connect with someone to discuss a new contract. Instead, toward the end of 2025 we received a standard price increase letter, which I wasn’t happy about, especially since we had only recently started with iSolved and I had been trying for months to speak with someone there about renewing or updating our contract.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iSolved has made our transition from a PEO model to an ASO model very easy and I am liking the platform of iSolved and the programs it has to offer us. The HR assistance has also been outstanding and appreciated when I am unsure of how to proceed with a matter.

As a nurse and not necessarily an HR person, I really love the support and references in the iSolved community. There are videos, blogs, articles and more on such varied topics such as navigating change, payroll and tax form updates, state specific information, general information regarding PTO, seasonal workers, etc. I find it a great resource to expand my knowledge base, and connect with other professionals as well. As our payroll vendor, they also try to be very responsive and accommodating with changes we need to make and our questions. we also store employee documents and personnel file documents inside the system and plan to expand this using the tools available. It is great to have a central place to see hire information, status, benefits elected, personnel documents etc in a secure location. i frequently refer to my iSolved account.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

Our old payroll system we had one direct contact for all questions about any part of the system, payroll, concerns etc and a direct phone number. iSolved is a larger company and we have an email for questions and concerns but it is not as direct as we were used to.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our payroll system as well as the place we store our personnel files and documents including all trainings, orientation, safety, evaluations, onboarding docs, everything. This enabled us to have a secure, central electronic location for employee files. We had been on paper before this. We plan to start using some more features this coming year particularly making our onboarding forms electronic as well and having them completed by employees directly. Moving towards more electronic functions has created more efficiencies, one central location, ensured security of the information and freed up time up front as well as later when the documentation was needed.

I find isolved to be cost effective, I guess - you get what you're paying for.

I didn't like the services in general. The customer service is horrible - they are not urgent about anything, and they miss obvious steps that later cause issues. They frequently 'forget' to do things which have a trickle effect. The initial setup was pretty time-consuming; there was a lot I had to do versus their team handling it. There was a lot of manual work instead of automated processes.

I like that isolved is super easy to use and manage. It hosts a lot of information and centralizes all HR and finance needs in one clean, organized platform. I particularly value having the manager view to see all my team's time off requests and approvals, and being able to access all the pay stubs, insurance, and financial documents for tax filings in one place. The initial setup was also super easy and didn't take long to add all the info and go live.

I like it all and use it all, every day.  There is so much that it does...reports are endless, You can write reports, enter payroll, time and attendance, HR, onboarding.  WC tracking, just the tip of the iceberg.  Customer service with Isolved is very good.

The only thing I have found that I don't care for is when changes are made behind the scenes at Isolved, sometimes the view of a particular screen will change and I don't find out until I go to that particular screen.

I wasn't here with the previous payroll product so I don't really know what this product solved....what I do know, is that any information I need to pull out of it, there is a way to do so and it is very easy.

The onboarding process for new employees is very easy with their onboarding wizard. It makes the process very streamlined, especially when we have employees in other states. Knowing the guidelines we have to follow, this platform does it all for us. The initial setup was very easy, and we were onboarded through the entire process with one of their team members.

The software is very easy to use for bulk texting and bulk emailing candidates. It's great that I can automate responses and have candidates automatically moved to fill out an application after sending their resume. Also, the price point is very budget-friendly for a small business.

It's not clear the difference between LinkedIn, LinkedIn organic, and LinkedIn billable. I don't understand why there needs to be three different options for LinkedIn when linking the iSolved application to LinkedIn applicants.

iSolved allows me to track all of our applicants in one system. I can categorize each applicant for several different jobs, which allows for simple talent pipeline management. I can also have the hiring managers gain access to different parts of the platform so that it is easy for them to use, and allows for greater security.

Sometimes the platforms glitches on me. More recently, when I login, I have to refresh the page, because it doesn’t capture my first login. It can also be confusing with multiple logins for different platforms such as Cloud versus Hire. It sometimes can seem more complicated to navigate than it should be.

Payroll is less messy and easy to manage. It saves time in the long run, for sure. I also find the Hire portal helpful with collecting applicants and sorting through them. And the Performance portal also is very efficient, for the most part.

I love that isolved offers electronic options that are user-friendly and highly effective in staying updated with regulatory, state, and government law changes, which ensures compliance and efficiency in operations. The seamless integration between iHire and isolved is particularly beneficial, as it eliminates the previous manual recruiting processes, resulting in a more thorough and efficient workflow and significantly reducing the time required to fill positions. I am very impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful customer service, which is always quick to take calls and resolve any questions or issues, making my experience with isolved very positive.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I would like to return to having a designated contact representative for iHire. This change has negatively impacted our relationship. Also, the integration between iSolved and iSolved Benefits (Flex/HRA) is not currently compatible with the Kabel platform, and though I have been told the issue is being addressed, I have not received any updates for some time.

**Recommendations to others considering isolved:**

Request a main contact person as a rep. to answer your questions and handle your account.  However, with that being said anytime I call the 800# they are very knowledgable and helpful.

I use isolved to streamline payroll, HR, timekeeping, and recruiting processes. It's user-friendly and stays updated with legal changes. The iHire integration eliminates manual processes, reducing time-to-fill positions.

isolved has been used by our company for over 20 years.

We constantly have issues with the app. People can't log on, the app stalls, they don't get service so can't clock in.. it's endless, employees are in my office weekly to complain about the app... And when I process payroll inevitably there is ALWAYS an issue. This week bereavement leave disappeared so an employee was unable to submit. And one employee did not have his employer match for retirement go through. Issue after issue.. The initial setup was terrible and support tries to correct every week but we dont know what will go wrong the next week. Its always something new

Sometimes it takes multiple calls/emails to get something changed the correct way. Integration when it came to when benefit deductions would start for 1/1 was terrible! Sometimes the timeclock won't work, employees will try multiple times and we'll need to unplug and plug it back in.

They've helped with lots of problems. This year they will help us renew our handbook so I am excited for that.

**What do you like best about isolved?**

I really appreciate the verification of time cards feature provided by isolved, as it helps streamline the process from employee to supervisor. Moreover, I am impressed with the ability to implement reimbursements directly in the time grid while doing payroll. This makes handling payroll far more efficient by integrating different functions seamlessly. Additionally, I find the tracking of certification expirations for staff to be a valuable tool, despite wanting a more consolidated approach for uploading certifications along with tracking their expiration dates. These features contribute significantly to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in managing employee information.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I find it frustrating to have tabs for services in isolved that we do not use or pay for, such as the WTC in my support hub tab that does nothing. It's confusing and unnecessary to have these visible when they require additional fees. Additionally, there are services included in our package that are not enabled by default, requiring us to call support to activate them, which is inconvenient and frustrating.

**What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use isolved for payroll, employee management, and ATS, solving time card reporting and easing new hires. It verifies time cards efficiently, manages reimbursements during payroll, and tracks certification expirations.

I appreciate how isolved integrates various HR functions such as timekeeping, payroll, benefit enrollment and administration, and onboarding into a single platform, which significantly saves time and effort. The stability and security of the platform ensure minimal downtime, and when outages occur, they are managed swiftly and communicated effectively, helping to alleviate potential stress. I find the customer support exceptional, as issues are resolved promptly, and the knowledgeable support team helps to maintain a stress-free experience. The online iSolved University is an excellent resource, providing continuous learning opportunities that enhance my understanding and effective use of the platform.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

There seems to have been a transition in how trouble tickets were routed and responded to in the last six months. During this time, I had to follow up on trouble ticket communications, which I never had to do before. It might have been growing pains from getting into a new rhythm. While I haven't needed to submit a trouble ticket in the last two months and believe the issue has been resolved, this experience was a downside.

I find isolved consolidates HR tasks like timekeeping and payroll, saving us time and effort. It offers excellent customer support, reducing stress, while providing a stable platform with quick issue handling and clear communication about outages.

I really like that iSolved provides everything under one platform, which greatly enhances our user experience. This integration is valuable because it not only improves internal HR processes but also benefits our employees by offering a cohesive platform that supports various functions such as payroll, performance management, learning development, and even acts as an ATS for our recruitment team. The consolidated platform simplifies processes and ensures that all personnel-related activities are managed within a single, integrated system. This has not only streamlined our HR operations but has also improved overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about isolved?**

I find several aspects of isolved challenging. The customer service and triage system seem inefficient, as they don't respond to inquiries and questions as well as I would hope. Additionally, there are issues with PTO approvals and accruals that I feel need improvement. The onboarding experience, especially from a contractor's perspective, could greatly benefit from enhancements. These issues have necessitated ongoing work with an optimization team weekly to address various kinks and the problems faced. Moreover, the integration capabilities are lacking, as I've had to use an additional tool that unfortunately does not integrate with isolved. The initial setup process also posed challenges, as it felt somewhat archaic and cumbersome in terms of uploading information. There was also a significant amount of information that couldn't be transferred when joining isolved, adding to the complexity.

iSolved centralizes workforce management, allowing me to process payroll, manage PTO and learning, and handle performance management, providing a seamless user experience for HR and employees.

I like that isolved is very customizable, which allows me to tailor the platform to fit our needs in almost any situation. The software simplifies tracking everyone's time cards, making this task much easier and more efficient. Additionally, the carrier feed is incredibly helpful as it saves time and reduces repetitive tasks. I appreciate how isolved can be integrated with other tools like Sage Intacct and linked to our 401k program, enhancing our workflow and overall productivity.

I find navigating the isolved platform challenging due to the overwhelming number of options, making it hard to locate specific reports, especially those with similar names. Additionally, the Share and Perform feature is tedious to use when assigning points, as I cannot assign a single award to multiple people at once or search for an award, which I believe could be improved.

I sometimes struggle with the payroll aspect of isolved. I have to watch it closely and audit it because some of the coding was initially incorrect. While these issues are typically resolved in a timely manner, it can still be challenging.
