What problems is Hyland OnBase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Importing documents into OnBase real time through API Integrations. Saves several days compared to the traditional DIP method of exporting/transferring/importing. Meta data is transferred as well, so indexing is no longer needed. Documents can go directly into Workflow or be viewed immediately by end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On-premise implementations could use some additional support and features. Hyland's push towards cloud hosting makes sense in the current tech environment, but it is not a viable solution for government entities.
