Hi, Thank you for your question.  OnBase provides support for User-Based, Role-based, and context-based access. These levels of security allow administrators to control access to information through OnBase at each of those levels, auto log-off, electronic signature support, audit logging, password requirements, and more. Administrative policies and procedures on the part of your organization surrounding the document management system will be necessary to provide a fully compliant solution.

OnBase supports a wide range of single sign-on integrations, including Active Directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). Many of these technologies allow for a second-factor mechanism (such as RSA tokens in AD) that may be used with an OnBase system.
