What do you like best about Hyland OnBase?

Ease of use, ease of administration, the capabilities (if leveraged). Great community and responsive support. We are new to the product and are still flexing our wings and OnBase's as well. We are cloud-hosted which also makes administering the product much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyland OnBase?

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the different offerings to know what is included in "packages" and what are bolt-ons. There is a cost involved.
