Fast, no-IT setup solves for day one, but a training system implies an ongoing job, new hires every month, updated content as policies change, and that&#39;s where the same quality that makes setup painless can start to cut the other way. A platform easy enough for any manager to configure without an IT ticket is also easy enough for five different managers to each build their own onboarding flow independently, and six months in, nobody&#39;s quite sure which version is current. The &quot;no complex configuration&quot; pitch is really answering the week-one question; the harder question for training management specifically is whether the same ease of setup comes with any governance layer once multiple people are creating content on their own.
