**What do you like best about HotSOS?**

Ease of use, web interface page and overall look and feel of the program.

**What do you dislike about HotSOS?**

The password update feature can lag a bit and the multiple urls can be an issue.

**What problems is HotSOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting multiple departments at our property and coordinating a great guest experience.

**What do you like best about HotSOS?**

How easy it is to operate the app and how fast the information is being delivered to an appropriate department. Also, it is very convenient to attach a picture of the issue when it is not possible to explain it in writing.

**What do you dislike about HotSOS?**

I don't like that you cannot add another similar request about the same location. For example, some requests might be lost with time in many other unresolved requests or were wrongly directed to another department, and then you cannot place the same request as a reminder.

**What problems is HotSOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our hotel benefits from the HotSos so that no issues are being forgotten and no requests are being missed. You can always look back at any old request and even pull the report out of the system to compare data, make analysis etc.

**What do you like best about HotSOS?**

As a hotel front desk user, logging activities and being able to find out resolutions verses no attention for orders is key for indicating how to follow-up with the appropriate departments.

**What do you dislike about HotSOS?**

User interface design lack hotkeys 
Occasional edge cases resulting in hangups happen seldom, but not rarely 
Messaging system pretty much works one way, users on mobile don't have an in-app method of reaching out to PC users

**What problems is HotSOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dispatching work orders is a given. Benefits include real-time tracking of orders and accountability.
