What do you like best about HotSOS?

How easy it is to operate the app and how fast the information is being delivered to an appropriate department. Also, it is very convenient to attach a picture of the issue when it is not possible to explain it in writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HotSOS?

I don't like that you cannot add another similar request about the same location. For example, some requests might be lost with time in many other unresolved requests or were wrongly directed to another department, and then you cannot place the same request as a reminder. User interface design lack hotkeys

Occasional edge cases resulting in hangups happen seldom, but not rarely
