It’s easy to use which makes the process efficient. **What do you dislike about Revinate Marketing?** I don’t like how segments can’t be favorited anymore. We have segments for our transactional campaigns and have to sort through tons of segments our marketing department creates. I don’t like how once a segment is used it can’t be deleted or archived. I don’t like how you can’t mass delete profiles of guests- especially if they have unsubscribed. I don’t like how you can’t label and thus search your photos. I don’t like how you can’t duplicate a transactional campaign. For example if I want to make a duplicate of my standard confirmation and just have minor changes I have to build it from scratch. **What problems is Revinate Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Revinate Marketing for sending email campaigns and mass communication easily, targeting specific guests. It allows me to create, schedule, and track campaigns efficiently, making the process smooth and effective. ### 2.
