They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about AavGo?** This entire program makes hotel experience simpler and faster. It's easy to get our client checked in. Tasks for employees are streamlined, offering peace of mind with the panic button option. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** There is only one tone to use for all communications. Different tones would be nice for alerts such as housekeeping status, guest needs, and maintenance. No one can touch the emergency alert on the device for staff. **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving problems like inefficiency and time consumption in hotel check-in & check-out processes. It provides a smart reception, allowing guests to self-serve through a mobile app or kiosks. It essentially reduces the need for a physical receptionist, making the guest experience faster and more contactless, saving time at the front desk and providing a more convenient check-in process. ### 2. Great for promoting less contact amongst people in this dangerous time. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** Haven't seen too many updates or publicity with this program. **Recommendations to others considering AavGo:** Definitely make use of it! **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to worry about remembering dates I'm staying at hotels. And it's easy to see if I remembered to make a reservation. A lot easier than checking my email. ### 4. It's easy for our clientele to get checked in, streamlines tasks for employees and offers peace of mind with the Panic Button option. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** I don't have a lot of negative things to say about AavGo. Every now and then the program lags or freezes up and I have to restart my device, but the experience overall is great. **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving the problem of difficult attending to hotel guests and managing hotel employees at the same time. AavGo lets me do both, and the app offers a lot of customization. ### 5. Makes it easy for hotel guests to make housekeeping requests and communicate with the front desk. 3. Extendible features are also good for guests: like booking Spas, DND, wake-up calls. **What do you dislike about AavGo?** I don't see anything that I dislike so far. **What problems is AavGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to make housekeeping requests when in hotel. My requests can be tracked. It works so much better than traditional phone room service. ### 7.
