Low support-ticket volume in week one might be measuring the wrong thing. A drag-and-drop interface simple enough that nobody needs help could just as easily mean people are clicking through the default settings without ever engaging with expiration dates, recipient verification, or access scoping, the parts of &quot;secure&quot; sharing that actually require a decision. Fewer tickets is consistent with a well-designed tool and also consistent with a team that never learned what the security settings do, and those look identical from the ticket count alone.
