Makes scheduling much easier than traditional methods. It helps me update the whole team and let them use both iOS and Android.

It would be better to come up with an easier way to copy and paste shifts; the current system works, but it could see improvements.

Making it easier to show gaps in coverage, also, if I make a mistake, other members of the team can see the whole team and ask for clarification.

I use Homebase for clocking in at work, and it helps my employer know when I start and end working. I like the easy use of Homebase. I appreciate the scheduling feature, which is fast to build schedules and avoids conflicts. The labor reports are also valuable as they help review who is working at what time. I found the initial setup of Homebase very easy.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

I don't like that it's very easy to forget to clock out. The app should have a predefined schedule to alert you to clock in and clock out.

I stand corrected from my previous response about not being able to publish schedules by category. I was today years old when I learned that you actually can publish schedules per category! Homebase is awesome!

I used Homebase for scheduling my employees and I also used it for payroll services. Both were very easy to use, and I never had any issues.  Onboarding my employees was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

My only small complaint would be the customer service.  It was often difficult to get a live person to help untangle any issues.  But even that was pretty smooth, in the end.

I can't say that I had any problems, just the usual business requirements, like employee scheduling, communication and payroll.

Easy scheduling and shifts are covered or changed quickly.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

The tips do not post to Quickbooks and they do not have the tips separated by Qualifying and Non Qualifying tips

**What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly scheduling.  We used to do everything by hand and post it.  This way everyone has their schedule in the palm of their hand or on their laptop.  It also makes remote work time keeping easier

I use Homebase for scheduling. It simplifies schedule making and getting it out to employees. I appreciate its convenience and ease of use. I like having the ability for employees to have the schedule right away and put in requests to be off. Also, the initial setup of Homebase was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

I would like to do payroll like I do with QuickBooks, but Homebase has to handle the payroll taxes, and I have an accountant do that.

Scheduling is straight forward. On-boarding employees and terminating them is also easy to do. I also like the fact that it tracks time off requests and that employees can swap shifts with each other.

Only have week and month view when looking at the schedule. Not intuitive enough for creating a new schedule.

I find Homebase's geofencing feature wonderful, as it allows employees to clock in while standing in the business. They're amazing to work with and always very helpful in suggesting other things to use. The initial setup was very easy.

I like that Homebase is easy to use and allows me to keep everything in one app. It's particularly helpful for scheduling staff across our different areas, making the process smoother especially with casual staff.

I think the time off feature could be better. Some staff can't input time off without booking the whole day off.

I like Homebase's easy-to-use interface when making new schedules. I also appreciate the ability to get shift coverage easily through the system.

There are issues reimplementing staff that got rehired that could be looked at.

I use Homebase for scheduling my staff. It solves issues like getting shifts covered and making sure everyone is available at different times to come together as a team. The interface is easy to use for creating new schedules and managing shift coverage.
