&lt;p&gt;Volume matters, but the bigger thing is who&#39;s inside the number. &quot;Trusted by IT leaders&quot; is really about the admins who deploy and license it, and a category rating blends them with everyone who&#39;s ever opened a PDF, so a thousand happy end users can quietly bury a dozen frustrated admins. Has anyone here filtered a product&#39;s reviews down to just the IT or admin segment and watched the score move enough to reorder the shortlist?&lt;/p&gt;
