The biggest upside of working with HighCohesion was how quickly they got up to speed and how well they understood complex systems. They took the time to really learn our environment, and that made a noticeable difference in the quality of the work while also cutting down on unnecessary back-and-forth.

Their project planning was solid and realistic, which helped keep everything moving and on track. Once execution started, their attention to detail stood out right away, along with how smoothly the implementations and integrations went. Issues were identified early, solutions were worked through thoughtfully, and nothing ever felt rushed or patched together.

What helped most, though, was their communication and day-to-day support. Updates were clear, questions were answered quickly, and any issues, requests, or ideas were handled promptly. Even after delivery, they stayed engaged to make sure everything was running as expected. That level of aftercare is rare, and it made the entire process significantly smoother.

There isn’t much I dislike overall, but the biggest area for improvement is the Highcohesion portal UX. It isn’t especially user-friendly for non-technical users, particularly when it comes to reviewing and resolving failed events. I also think there’s a clear need for a central dashboard that lets you see successful versus failed events at a glance - something that’s already on their roadmap. Seamless integrations between multiple systems (mainly Shopify, NetSuite, 3PLs) for a growing business with increasing, global, multichannel complexity. The bit that stands out is the visibility we have when things go wrong. It helps ease the system reconciliation process, exporting integration logs with clear error messages. And a great, collaborative implementation and support team on hand with whom we have a great relationship, but who have extensive industry and system knowledge from prior roles. What I like most about HighCohesion is how easy they are to work with. We first came across them when looking for a more reliable IPaaS to connect Shopify with our ERP (Priority), after struggling with an unstable provider that regularly failed to load orders through.

From the first conversation, everything just felt straightforward and genuine - no pushy sales chat, no overpromising, just honest conversations about what they could deliver.

The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish. We cut over to HighCohesion one morning and everything worked immediately. Orders flowed, shipments synced, and any small tweaks we needed during hypercare were handled quickly. Since then, every person I’ve interacted with on their team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to get hold of.

Their portal is also a huge upgrade from what we used before. It’s clean, simple to use, and has made it possible for our customer care team to troubleshoot most things themselves. If you know your way around it, you can even handle some stream or transformation tweaks, but their support team is always quick to jump in if you’d rather leave it to them.

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. They’re a fully remote company, which might bother people who prefer meeting in an office or having in-person sessions, but that hasn’t been an issue for us at all.
