They took the time to really learn our environment, and that made a noticeable difference in the quality of the work while also cutting down on unnecessary back-and-forth. Their project planning was solid and realistic, which helped keep everything moving and on track. Once execution started, their attention to detail stood out right away, along with how smoothly the implementations and integrations went. Issues were identified early, solutions were worked through thoughtfully, and nothing ever felt rushed or patched together. What helped most, though, was their communication and day-to-day support. Updates were clear, questions were answered quickly, and any issues, requests, or ideas were handled promptly. Even after delivery, they stayed engaged to make sure everything was running as expected. That level of aftercare is rare, and it made the entire process significantly smoother. Overall, HighCohesion brought a high level of technical knowledge, reliability, and care to their work. They were easy to collaborate with, dependable throughout, and genuinely one of the strongest teams in their field. **What do you dislike about HighCohesion?** There isn’t much I dislike overall, but the biggest area for improvement is the Highcohesion portal UX. It isn’t especially user-friendly for non-technical users, particularly when it comes to reviewing and resolving failed events. I also think there’s a clear need for a central dashboard that lets you see successful versus failed events at a glance - something that’s already on their roadmap. **What problems is HighCohesion solving and how is that benefiting you?** HighCohesion manages all of our critical data transfers and system integrations, including Shopify, NetSuite, Loop, and our 3PL. With them overseeing this infrastructure, we feel confident that data is flowing reliably from end to end. When issues come up, they’re identified and resolved quickly, and we maintain strong visibility across operations, which helps keep day-to-day workflows running smoothly. Overall, this has significantly reduced operational risk and saved our team a substantial amount of time and effort. ### 2. The bit that stands out is the visibility we have when things go wrong. It helps ease the system reconciliation process, exporting integration logs with clear error messages. And a great, collaborative implementation and support team on hand with whom we have a great relationship, but who have extensive industry and system knowledge from prior roles. **What do you dislike about HighCohesion?** The alert system is still being developed, adding in more control and options over who gets notified about what and when. **What problems is HighCohesion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Things will always go wrong with integrations and having visibility of that as early as possible is the main problem we were able to solve. Orders not getting to the 3PL as expected? Previously a blackbox, support request, wait, not sure which orders are effected. Now a clear error message by order with a diagnosis, enabling the business to resolve independently in many cases. ### 3. We first came across them when looking for a more reliable IPaaS to connect Shopify with our ERP (Priority), after struggling with an unstable provider that regularly failed to load orders through. From the first conversation, everything just felt straightforward and genuine - no pushy sales chat, no overpromising, just honest conversations about what they could deliver. The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish. We cut over to HighCohesion one morning and everything worked immediately. Orders flowed, shipments synced, and any small tweaks we needed during hypercare were handled quickly. Since then, every person I’ve interacted with on their team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to get hold of. Their portal is also a huge upgrade from what we used before. It’s clean, simple to use, and has made it possible for our customer care team to troubleshoot most things themselves. If you know your way around it, you can even handle some stream or transformation tweaks, but their support team is always quick to jump in if you’d rather leave it to them. Overall, it’s been a genuinely great experience! **What do you dislike about HighCohesion?** Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. They’re a fully remote company, which might bother people who prefer meeting in an office or having in-person sessions, but that hasn’t been an issue for us at all. Virtual catch-ups have worked perfectly well. **What problems is HighCohesion solving and how is that benefiting you?** HighCohesion builds the custom integrations we need when off-the-shelf options don’t cut it. They’ve given us a stable, reliable connection between Shopify and our ERP, which means orders and shipments flow smoothly without constant fixes.
