What do you like best about HighCohesion?

Seamless integrations between multiple systems (mainly Shopify, NetSuite, 3PLs) for a growing business with increasing, global, multichannel complexity. The bit that stands out is the visibility we have when things go wrong. It helps ease the system reconciliation process, exporting integration logs with clear error messages. And a great, collaborative implementation and support team on hand with whom we have a great relationship, but who have extensive industry and system knowledge from prior roles. What do you like best about HighCohesion?

What I like most about HighCohesion is how easy they are to work with. We first came across them when looking for a more reliable IPaaS to connect Shopify with our ERP (Priority), after struggling with an unstable provider that regularly failed to load orders through.

From the first conversation, everything just felt straightforward and genuine - no pushy sales chat, no overpromising, just honest conversations about what they could deliver.

The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish. We cut over to HighCohesion one morning and everything worked immediately. Orders flowed, shipments synced, and any small tweaks we needed during hypercare were handled quickly. Since then, every person I’ve interacted with on their team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to get hold of.

Their portal is also a huge upgrade from what we used before. It’s clean, simple to use, and has made it possible for our customer care team to troubleshoot most things themselves. If you know your way around it, you can even handle some stream or transformation tweaks, but their support team is always quick to jump in if you’d rather leave it to them.

What do you dislike about HighCohesion?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. They’re a fully remote company, which might bother people who prefer meeting in an office or having in-person sessions, but that hasn’t been an issue for us at all.
