Orders flowed, shipments synced, and any small tweaks we needed during hypercare were handled quickly. Since then, every person I’ve interacted with on their team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to get hold of. Their portal is also a huge upgrade from what we used before. It’s clean, simple to use, and has made it possible for our customer care team to troubleshoot most things themselves. If you know your way around it, you can even handle some stream or transformation tweaks, but their support team is always quick to jump in if you’d rather leave it to them. Overall, it’s been a genuinely great experience!
