**What do you like best about Helpman?**

Using Helpman, it is simple and straightforward to create as well as update the contents of the knowledge base. It is quite robust and very user-friendly. It automatically saves the content that is entered as well as allows copy-pasting of images.

**What do you dislike about Helpman?**

Helpman doesn't offer free services and you have to buy the monthly subscription plan. If we talk about small businesses, it requires an investment and the services are not very cheap.

**What problems is Helpman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpman is built solely for the purpose of building knowledge bases making it the best tool for the job. For end users, it speeds up the search process quite significantly. The knowledge bases are optimized for both android and tablets. It also offers customization options.
