The use and ease of the product and how effective it is for businesses.

**What do you dislike about Smart IVR?**

It may not be very helpful if users do not verify and would not be as effective to the user. Also, may worry caller to give such information.

**What problems is Smart IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some callers are unsure providing their information to a non-person and feel it is very informal and afraid their information may spread somewhere else.

**What do you like best about Smart IVR?**

It's best thing is customer will not feel he/she is talking to robot it feels like they are speaking to some live agent, it has Natural Language processing a log with AI, which is used for voice recognition and customer pattern identification and greeting to customer also basis his/her last call can suggest the options etc are best use cases used.

**What do you dislike about Smart IVR?**

Lot more automation is still required for the rural bases users to get educate with this type of system and also cost for the setup is on higher side.

**What problems is Smart IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running the business with lot more resources has been reduced due to the smart IVR and same resources are being utilized for other tasks which is more win win for the organization.

Helpful and easy iterface to set priorities, which actually helps in providing the exact response and guidance to a user to reach the right channel as expected.

No such dislikes as of now, as everything seems to be in place.

Helping users to know the order status of the shipments and routing the concern to the relevant team for instant and effective response to customer queries and concerns.

**What do you like best about Smart IVR?**

You never miss a call and because you can track every single call also you can fetch details like who picked the call what they talk and when . With the help of this you can forward call to multiple number so it reduce on hold problem as well.it recorded all call and it has easy dashboard which show call status. We can also export call reports.

**What do you dislike about Smart IVR?**

They don't have anything which you can dislike as it has all the call related services which we required like call recording , call tracking, call forwarding and other . So please maintain the same in future as well

**What problems is Smart IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for Sales and services team as we mention IVR number in promotions so when we get call then we can easily forward call on multiple number so no call will be missed. We can keep track of numbers with recording and also we can analyse the reposrts and make the promotion strategy accordingly

IVR platform with exceptional performance and freedom of scalability. Its distributed architecture can efficiently process hundreds of leads at a time and make life easy for a call center

**What do you dislike about Smart IVR?**

It needs multiple setups when it comes to initial integration. The support seems a little lesser from the product team once the product is integrated. Rest all is perfect

**What problems is Smart IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, telephony is solved using the same. We have used this once long back and would like to go back any day to such a great tool. Makes everything very simple and easy to understand

**What do you like best about Smart IVR?**

For managing the inbound calls, the major problem is to divide and distribute the calls according to the department and then transfer the calls to the respective agent. Smart IVR helps in this task. It has in built system to assign the department-wise data and specific code numbers allocated. It helps in the segregation of all the incoming calls so that the required caller can be transferred to the particular department for their resolution. Its voice is excellent and can be interchangeable. Organization can also forward their choice for the voice to be used.

**What do you dislike about Smart IVR?**

There are specific no issues faced so far; however, the allocations system can be improved. It should also provide a better autonomous report on a scheduled basis. PRI connection is very good, and support can be enhanced. It will connect with the nuber listed which are provided at the tiimem of installation and if any number need to add take slight time and updation required administrator involvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Smart IVR:**

It provides all the IVR voices and options for which they need to connect with the agent. It supports an interactive panel of input numbers and gives the output which is encoded previously. An autonomous report will be generated, and it helps in the management of the inbound calls effectively. Its installation is very easy, and they provide a support system for better execution. The IVR voice can be customized as per the requirement. It has all the preset calls menus that are required to update as per the business requirement.

**What problems is Smart IVR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For multiple inbound calls, there should be a proper department to access the resolutions. The Calls should be distributed among the department and even to the staff as per the requirement. In addition, the auto information should also be provided to the caller so that they can get the information without connecting with the agent. It support input of data with numerical codes and then the specific piece of information is provided to the caller. It can collect various sort of information which can be utilized for the inbound calls management. It has module whichc can be connected with the local network and all the updations can be synced.
