What do you like best about HelloWorks?

The software itself is very helpful. It's greatly improved the end-user experience and increased completion rates (verses when we used fillable PDF email attachments). The fact that we can use a single link and share it as needed with large groups for filling/signing and don't have to use something like Adobe Sign to send one agreement at a time, is a big time saver. What do you dislike about HelloWorks?

Working with their support and customer support is a mess. This may have been in part due to the ownership transfer/merger with Dropbox at the time we started using the software.

I wish I could replace the graphic version of a single page of the doc rather than having to start over any time we need to edit the content and make it record on the final PDF version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelloWorks?

Helloworks simplifies complex documentations into simple ,easy to read ,mobile ready workflows. Eliminating the need to pinch and zoom my phone screen for hours ,which was the norm before I adopted Helloworks.

While filling out my Helloworks converted workflows ,I am saved from making business ruining errors via Helloworks use of conditional logic and data validation. Thus eliminating repeat entries ; and improving the speed at which I fill out my workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelloWorks?

I wish I had this years ago ,when I would spend hours pinching and reading through documentations ,or having to carry my brief case sized pc about ; just to ensure I edit a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
