What do you like best about HALO Home Health Care?

Ease of use and convenience. Halo is very easy to setup and use. It allows us to connect with any of our clients providers quickly and gets us responses an average of 24 hours faster than a phone call . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HALO Home Health Care?

Requires special app/IT assistance. Our ID department is required to approve installation which causes a delay. We also experienced glitches where screens froze when trying to use the app. When used on the computer along these issues didn't exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use this for confidential communication across providers especially if your conversations are time sensitive or a client's treatment plan depends on communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HALO Home Health Care solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication between staff and other providers of our clients is the most significant benefit. It's allowed us to collaborate around client care and make conclusions about course of treatment much faster than in person meetings.
