The upside to utilizing Guiding Care is being able review clients authorizations.

**What do you dislike about Guiding Care?**

The downside of utilizing Guiding Care is manuvering around to find what your looking for. You definitely need the proper training to be able to succeed in completing your daily task.

**What problems is Guiding Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see when my clients go IP or to the ED are the benefits of having Guiding Care as part of my daily research tool.
