The main advantage, for me, is that Gravity Write makes writing a pleasure. This smoothes the way for some fun, like a trusted partner sitting beside me—an imperfect one, no doubt, close to being a game-changer anyway in my workflow. Short and to the point: easy to set up; there are no steep learning curves, and no very complicated steps. I rarely had to call for support; however, every time I did need it, they responded kindly and fast. I would like it to provide more advanced customization options and editing features because sometimes I feel limited in fine-tuning my content. More proactive resources, such as tutorials or a knowledge base for self-help, would be preferred, too.
