"Great, simple DDNS solution with plenty of settings and a free option"

What do you like best?

No-IP is an outstanding free solution for a Dynamic DNS. It's simple to set up and is set it and forget it.

What do you dislike?

Nothing at all so far! The free option requires you to renew your hostname every 30 days, but they send you an email and it's super easy to renew (and it's a very small price to pay for this great service).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take a little time to learn about what DNS, DDNS, and External IPs are, and you'll be a power user of this excellent product!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No-IP allows us to give people an easier way to remotely access servers, especially as external IPs often change.

"Great, stable service for a great price"

What do you like best?

Their free tier is perfect for many applications and testing of the service. Playing games with friends with an easy-to-remember hostname, easy remote access, etc.

No-Ip.com is easy to set-up (it only takes a few minutes) and all the configuration menus and options are straightforward.

What do you dislike?

There isn't currently anything that I dislike about No-ip.com

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I've had no issues with No-IP.com. They're definitely with a try if you're in the market for a new dynamic dns provider.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy to use domain names instead of IP addresses. Previously we didn't need nice-looking domain names for some of our internal operations, but keeping a list of external IPs was also annoying.

No-IP was the perfect solution - cheap, easy to remember domain names instead of IP address without the expense or investment of needing to purchase a number of domain names for our testing environment.

Really great DNS product that has a variety of options and has awesome pricing, including a free option

What do you dislike?

Can be a learning curve if you're not familiar with DNS, but after that it's a breeze

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This has helped make it easier to access servers remotely, especially for a global company such as Belkin
