Gravity Write Review – Needs Serious Fixes & Better Support!
I’ve been using Gravity Write for over three months, and while the tool has potential, my experience has been frustrating due to multiple issues.
In just these three months, I had to raise 9 support tickets, most of them related to content generation problems. Instead of fixing the core issues, the support team often blames me, saying I should research keywords better—when in reality, I already use Ubersuggest (paid) and Google Keyword Planner for research.
Major Issues I’ve Faced:
❌ Frequent "failed to fetch" errors disrupting content generation.
❌ Poor image generation—faces of people are not rendered properly, and regenerating images wastes my monthly image quota.
❌ Rephrasing & regenerating suggestions waste my word count, yet support keeps pushing this instead of resolving the problem.
❌ Technical glitches are too common, affecting both text and image outputs.
❌ Support quality has dropped—initially, they communicated properly, but now they just provide vague, skip answers that don’t help.
❌ Impressions & clicks started increasing initially, but now it’s getting harder to improve them, which is concerning.
Additional Frustrations:
🔹 For one ticket, they allocated me back my wasted keyword credits, which was appreciated—but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
🔹 I still have two unresolved tickets ("awaiting reply") and one ticket in progress, all related to different issues.
Final Thoughts
With a one-year subscription, I’ll keep monitoring their performance, but right now, I can’t confidently recommend Gravity Write to others. If they don’t fix frequent errors, technical bugs, and support quality, it’ll be hard to continue with this tool long-term.
If needed, I can share screenshots of my 9 support tickets as proof. Let’s see if they improve or not! 🚀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
