I love the enrollment process and the reenroll feature of Gradelink. I appreciate that it's all inclusive, and all their paperwork is in one place that I can view throughout the year as needed easily. I appreciate that the payment system is linked, and assignment of charges is streamlined. I also think the lesson planning, although we haven't fully used it yet, seems to be an incredible tool to save our adminostrarion time and effort. Additionally, having everything all in one place makes it easier. Josue and David have been phenomenal, providing a smooth, easy process to bring us through setup, helping troubleshoot, and being prompt, efficient, and very kind as we worked through any problems that came up. We are also starting to use it with Google Classroom and appreciate the integration.

I really like Gradelink's customer service. Josue was exceptional in assisting with my questions. They are very helpful, especially when setting things up. I'm also pleased with the communication option for parents, which is a useful feature.
