I like to offer electronic payments to my tenants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zego? Customer Service. 1. I had an issue with one property account. The representative that answered my email was so snooty, essentially telling me that the problem was because I did something wrong. I never got any real assistance outside him sending some links that didn't have anyting to do with my problem. I submitted a service request via email on 01/28. On 02/04 I received an automated response telling me that someone will get back with me (not a word-by-word quote). 2. Several times I needed help quickly and tried to call the customer support phone line. No one answers. The last time I tried (01/31/2022) I waited 45 minutes without anyone picking up. (to add insult to injury, the music played while holding is so annoying and repetitive it is unbearable) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Absolute Nightmare" 0/5 What do you like best about Zego? NOTHING. I HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zego? When we purchased a building, they were using Renttrack already so we incorporated it into our portfolio. Renttrack was a great system but turned to shit once acquired by Zego. They do not allow you to modify rents for tenants that have multi-year leases with increases built-in. We have lost substantial amounts of rents as a result of them and a substantial amount of time having to call each tenant and explain why the amount due as stated by Zego is not the actual amount due. We have had to repurpose a full-time employee just to handle the inefficiencies caused by Zego. Further, they do not answer their phone. I was just on hold for one hour. At which point the service said to leave a message and just hung up on me. FURTHER, ZEGO ROBBED MULTIPLE TENANTS, RIPPED MONEY FROM BOTH OUR ACCOUNT AND THEIR ACCOUNTS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
