The app on the mobile. I have to log into it separate from the desktop. There is no simple passcode from one to the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Customizable appt reminders as well as frequency of, which greatly reduces no-shows or miscommunications

What do you like best about GoReminders?

It works well with Google Calendars, and customers are able to text back and communicate back with us, I like that it emails google when there is a text from a customer so you do not miss on concerns or questions if the customer feels the need to reach out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

when the customer requests an appointment I would like for it to have required fields to tell us a little about the issue or the car they are trying to service as we only service classic cars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

my company sells time only so when my clients are late I lose money. Most of my clients are over 65 and appreciate the reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
