Instead, we were charged the full budget and any amount that made up the difference was applied as a credit to the account (good for one year). Upon re-reading the information, I can understand why this happened but it could have been presented more clearly. **What problems is Goody solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goody makes gifting great, personal, and convenient. We used Goody for our Employee Appreciation gifts and it allowed us to put the decision power in the hands of each individual.
