What do you like best about Goody?

I have found Goody to be incredibly beneficial for our company, particularly for holiday gifting to our clients. The platform is exceptionally easy to use, which is a must for us as we handle bulk sends with gifts of different tiers to clients and prospects. I love the wide selection of gifts available on Goody, ensuring we can always find something suitable for everyone. It has certainly facilitated an increase in gift redemptions and retention rate, which has had a positive impact on our business operations and strengthened relationships with both existing and prospective clients. The customer success representative was a crucial part of our seamless setup, helping us choose a plan that aligned perfectly with our goals. Using Excel for easy bulk uploads of contact information streamlines our process, and the platform's requirement for only emails instead of full addresses is a huge time-saver. The custom card feature is especially valuable as it allows us to maintain our brand voice. "Easy Gifting, Great Features—Very Minor Support Hiccups"
What do you like best about Goody?

It is very easy to use and simple to send gifts. Our implementation for our account has gone well and have had some direct support in learning a few features available now that we upgraded to an enterprise account. We use for some monthly programs and will be using for annual company-wide gifting as well and it will cut our admin time down significantly from our prior vendor while increasing our selection. What do you dislike about Goody?

A few times the communication/service with the contacts at company have been challenging or not as thorough as desired, but all recoverable. Also, a few things on platform are not formatted as well or functionality could be improved, but each time I have shared feedback the current support person is very responsive to either get something fixed or to share an opportunity for improvement with their team. As a developer, I’m also geeking out over their API—it’s super easy to plug into our internal tools, which saves me time and amps up our team-building game without any hassle. What do you like best about Goody?

I've used Goody both professionally and personally with ease. The process is so seamless, I've never needed to use Customer Support. Most notably, the gift selection is unmatched (especially compared to similar platforms), but my favorite feature is how easy it is for the recipient to swap out another item of their choosing if needed. Love to see all the new gift giving ideas across different price points being added and especially love to see Goody highlighting brands with a purpose in this capacity. What do you dislike about Goody?

What do you like best about Goody?

I love using Goody for sending little gifts to my team. Sometimes it's hard to know what others prefer, so I love that I can choose an amount for a gift certificate and let them pick what they want. It's also nice for them to get something they like or save it for another time if there's anything left over. I like the thoughtful touch it adds, especially when I'm not sure what to give. I appreciate that the UI UX of Goody is really well designed and easy to navigate, whether you're new to the platform or have used it for a while. It's great to see more AI tools being introduced; they help fill in the gaps, removing bias and suggesting really great gifts. The tailoring and personalization of the suggestions based on simple knowledge about someone, such as if they have a dog, is something I find really valuable. What do you dislike about Goody?

I think just more options. I think that there's a good mix between, you know, cross gender different gender roles. You know, of what people would like. I think maybe for thinking about something that would include, like, a size. So say before buying pajamas for somebody, you know, a bit of a guideline would be helpful to understand. Because I think sometimes it's nice to send some things that involve a size, but it's always a little bit tricky because you don't wanna guess for somebody. So I guess understanding how to best send something that does involve a size, which can be a little bit sensitive, would be something I look to see enhanced. What do you like best about Goody?

My organization has been using Goody for over two years. We use Goody for employee engagement, client gifting, and conference engagement. Whether we need a holiday gifting portal, an on-demand branded item, or a specific gift tailored to an individual, Goody consistently offers a solution. Setting up the recipient experience is straightforward and user-friendly. While our designated support person and the Goody chat team online are both excellent resources when we need assistance, we often find that we can manage most tasks independently.

I really appreciate Goody's ability to offer a wide variety of gifts that appeal to all different people. The different price points are also a nice touch. What I like most is that it's super easy to use, and the selection of gifts is fabulous. The AI writing assistant is very helpful in refining my message, and the reporting on usage is great.
