I use Goody to send gifts to colleagues, clients, friends, and family members. I really appreciate the wide variety of gifts available for all ages and demographics. It's a great platform and easy to use. I find the navigation easy, especially with the search bar, which makes finding meaningful gifts easy without needing to go to a physical store. The platform usability, product selection, and flexibility for gifting options from physical pre-selected items, giftcards, experiences, and user selected options. I wish we could have more custom branding for the free account (store/catalog) but the membership fee is so affordable. Nothing really to complain about. Goody is very user-friendly and easy to set up and use right away! I don't need an address up front because the recipient can enter whatever shipping address they want! However, I find that the selection of cards is quite limited. Goody solves that issue because I can gift the gift of choice. I love that concept! I just set a spending limit and then the recipient can choose whatever they want within the budget. There's more specific options for categories of gifts, which I find helpful. I also appreciate the option for people to choose their own gifts, as it is difficult for me to always know what people like. So having that choice available is very nice.
