I've been using Goody for about a year and I've found it incredibly helpful for staff gifting. The cool new features are making me consider using it for client gifting as well. I love how Goody reached out to me right when they launched, and the experience of letting my staff choose their own anniversary gifts was a huge hit, making our gifting much more personal and engaging. Setting up Goody was incredibly straightforward, and I am eager to set up my own portal for both staff and clients after experiencing the demo that highlighted its user-friendly nature and branding opportunities. The aspect of customization is fantastic; it allows me to imbue the gifting experience with my brand, making it more personal and less sterile. Goody helps streamline the process by saving me significant time in finding quality gifts, and enhances the overall gifting experience—moving beyond the traditional, impersonal gift card to offering a curated selection that recipients can choose from, which is a more memorable and personal experience. The constant updates and personalization options make me want to keep coming back, as they consistently enhance the platform’s offerings. I love Goody because it allows employees to pick out a gift they truly want, which makes the experience personal and much more appreciated. It's impressive that there is a wide range of affordable and luxurious options, coupled with the flexibility of customization to fit different needs. I really appreciate that Goody doesn’t lock me into a subscription, providing the freedom to use it as needed. Finding recognized brands as options instead of generic ones was a big win. The ease of setup is fantastic; I booked a demo, which was helpful, but I realized it was so intuitive that I could have gotten started on my own. The support team has been very responsive whenever I've had questions. Additionally, being able to ship rewards outside of the US is a significant advantage. The platform’s ability to offer a wide variety of high-quality products and maintain ease of use is what really keeps me interested in continuing to use Goody.
