I love the diversity in products, prices, and vendors. There has truly been something for everyone in my company when we've done birthday gifts and employee appreciation. Navigating the swag collection can be difficult - I would like to see logo placement and customization to be a little easier than it currently is. I also wasn't aware that my company had a dedicated representative until I started looking into the swag collection - it would be nice to have a firmer introduction once added to an admin/company group. Goody is quick to address and fix issues compared to other merchandise companies I've worked with in the past. Goody is solving a lack of product seen on other websites and allowing my company to provide gift options not previously seen.
