Our former platform allowed for custom thank you videos to be emailed to our donors from directly within the CRM. Giveffect has been a wonderful CRM system for us. We use the campaign feature to host almost all of our events: campaigns are aesthetically pleasing, clear and simple to register for, and they allow for information-sharing and communication with participants. Giveffect allows for centralized contacts, so it is easy to track donors, volunteers, and event attendees etc. It also offers a quick merge solution for duplicate contacts.
