The calendar is difficult to read, the fields auto clear any time you change something, the terms change depending on what part of the interface you're using, there are a multitude of things that could be added as options to make things easier for new people. I have quite the list. **What problems is Giveffect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We added a better way to track volunteer hours. In doing so, we eliminated a fair amount of the problems my department was facing and replaced them with a new set of problems. Online system. **What do you dislike about Giveffect?** Volunteer management system: online signup calendar, shift/job/location flexibility **Recommendations to others considering Giveffect:** Good for larger nonprofits with multiple Giveffect users and administrators **What problems is Giveffect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Giveffect team seems to be very accomodating, often taking my suggestions and adding them to their software.
