What I really appreciate about GetResponse MAX is how it brings everything together in one place — especially when managing multiple campaigns across different markets, as I do.

The platform is intuitive, flexible, and robust enough to handle complex requirements without becoming overwhelming.

What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

There’s a lot to like, especially given the complexity of pharma communication. That said, one area that could be improved is the alignment with industry-specific compliance needs — for example, tighter integration with CRM platforms like Veeva or more built-in support for consent and opt-out tracking across multiple systems.

What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

I have to be honest – the beginnings were not the easiest. The vast array of functions and possibilities of GetResponse MAX is overwhelming at first. You need to dedicate a lot of time to learning and understanding all the options. Scheduling a meeting with support can sometimes be difficult, but when the consultation happens, it is helpful. The educational materials are good, but they require commitment and a lot of after-hours experimentation.

What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

Thanks to GetResponse MAX, our email campaigns have reached a higher level. The deliverability of our messages has significantly improved. Our newsletters now look professional. Our sales team has access to reports that help them promote our products more effectively. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

We primarily needed a tool to send daily job notifications to all of our colleagues. GetResponse become the obvious choice since they could meet our techincal requirements, e.g. conditional formatting, for a reasonable price. Even though some technical details weren't obvious at first, we got good customer support and was able to find an easy way of achieving our goal in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

At the moment the statistics don't show Gmail Spam Complaint Rates that are made directly to their ISP, which is an disadvantage since >50% of our recipient are Gmail-addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
