What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

GetResponse MAX gives us much more flexiblity than the standard GetResponse options. The pricing is also much fairer and competitve than other leading competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

Generally speaking there isn't much we dislike about GetResponse Max. We just wish they would offer support via Teams/Skype in future (hint hint!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse MAX?

GetResponse MAX is a tool for us that streamlines daily operations. The platform can enable effective management and segmentation of contact lists, which is crucial in the influencer industry. Thanks to automation, it is possible to save time on repetitive tasks, such as sending welcome messages and follow-ups. The form tools help in acquiring new contacts automatically, which expand the database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse MAX?

I have to be honest – the beginnings were not the easiest. The vast array of functions and possibilities of GetResponse MAX is overwhelming at first. You need to dedicate a lot of time to learning and understanding all the options. Scheduling a meeting with support can sometimes be difficult, but when the consultation happens, it is helpful. The educational materials are good, but they require commitment and a lot of after-hours experimentation.

Another thing is the cost. GetResponse MAX is not the cheapest solution on the market. For smaller companies with limited resources, this can be a significant investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
