Mediocre service and overcharged our credit card - it's a scam **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024 **What do you like best about GetAds?** Friendly first meeting and then everything went downhill. **What do you dislike about GetAds?** Basically it's just one of those companies that promised to deliver and ultimatlly not only do not deliver but also cahrged your credit card over and over again without your permision. We've sent them a warning and are escaltign the issue with our lawyer. **Recommendations to others considering GetAds:** Stay away. **What problems is GetAds solving and how is that benefiting you?** DO NOT WORK WITH GETADS. it's a scam. We initially hired getads to make creatives for our facebook campaigns. Eventually we decided to stop after 3 weeks because we thought the creatives could be much better, and not really on par with what you pay for a monthly fee. We then sent an email to cancel our subscribtion before it renewed, as there is no where online where you can cancel it. We received aknowledgement but getads team went ahead and charged us another month, 600$. We're making claim as we're writting this review, but my final take is thathey will overcharge you and rip you off 100's of dollars. ### 2. I’ve been in digital marketing for over 10 years. Saved me a ton of money on a salary and their experience on what kind of ad creative works best is worth every penny. **What do you dislike about GetAds?** They can only be as good as the direction you give them. Be sure you fill out the briefs as completely as possible to get the best results. Also, be sure to use all your requests, I've found it's better to have more creative than you think you will need rather than not enough. **Recommendations to others considering GetAds:** Stop wasting your time and money trying to figure out what kind of ads will work the best just let GetAds do it for you. **What problems is GetAds solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve been in digital marketing for over 10 years, and I have to say that GetAds has been the best experience I’ve had with producing creative at scale. They have intuitive designers, they’re quick to respond, and they’re extremely flexible. I’ve been able to create and launch a variety of ads, including image, video, and even text ads, in just a few hours. ### 3. Communication with the GetAds team has been incredible as well. And the turnaround times are faster than anything when we were working with freelancers or relying on our clients to provide ad creatives for their campaigns. We rarely have to submit revisions for the ad creative they deliver. It's been a great experience. **What do you dislike about GetAds?** I don't think anything really stands out as far as negatives. The entire process has been smooth and they're great at keeping customers/clients happy. I guess you could say we dislike the fact that we hadn't found them before. **Recommendations to others considering GetAds:** If you've had problems getting quality ad creative done for your ad campaigns, in a timely manner, or for any other reason, I highly recommend trying out GetAds. **What problems is GetAds solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ad creative process for the ad campaigns we run for our clients. In the past, we used to look for freelancers non-stop since we never had an in-house graphic design or video editing team/person. Or we had to rely on our clients' graphic designers/video editors (if they had any) to provide the ads for us to use. Now creating requests for fresh ad creative is a breeze and the forms for the requests inside the GetAds portal as very straightforward and have all the details we need to provide their designers/editors in order for us to get some really high-quality creatives back, in a very short period of time. ### 4.
