Base5 created a beautiful infographic for us in ten day's time and they were very responsive. They sent a detailed form over for us to complete to ensure that the infographic included all of the details we needed to include, as well as checked our metrics in the document with the metrics listed in the current cycle in the directory to ensure accuracy. We got to work with a real human (with a name and email!) and exchanged some back and forth dialogue to fill in any gaps. The infographic that was delivered is extremely visually appealing and we've already used it in promotional campaigns on social media and in emails. ### 4. He also gives his design feedback and catches things I missed in the brief; they are great to work with no matter what your design experience. Overall, the level of time it takes to write a brief and give the details is a little work, but it's not much, and that's how you get the best results overall. He takes immense pride in the work DesignFive puts out and is incredibly detail oriented. He's patient as well, always willing to make the "one last change" that ends up being four or five last changes. Most of all, though, the design always looks incredible. Whether we're using our own branding or our customer's guidelines, the pieces we deliver are impeccable. **What do you dislike about Base5?** The only downside to working with DesignFive is that there is limited resources compared to what we would like them to produce for us. They are very knowledgeable in design parameters and pay attention to minor details. **What do you dislike about Base5?** The only difficulty of working with them, is the difference in time zones. He is transparent with his team's bandwidth and sets reasonable and clear expectations. I also like that they are in a different time zone from us - it helps when we need to "overnight" some projects or requests. **What do you dislike about Base5?** Nothing at the moment. Design5 delivers on the type of service that is unfortunately fading fast in our current culture. They are professional, prompt, creative, intelligent, and experts in their area of expertise and they do it all while being affordable. **What do you dislike about Base5?** Time-zone differences based on location can cause some difficulty when looking to find meeting times.
