We don’t have strong video skills on our team, and Content Beta has really helped us centralize our briefs and needs. Content Beta takes our brand guidelines and runs with them—no hand-holding, no re-explaining. They just get it. It’s a huge relief knowing I don’t have to repeat myself or, worse, try to do it all myself. I also really like the expectations that they set up front-- how many days they think a project will take and even letting me know when they will get back to me with first round drafts to review. Like with any external partner, there’s naturally a bit of distance between Content Beta and our end customers—especially when it comes to capturing brand voice and culture. They don't tend to work in a US time zone, so you have to wait a bit to get responses.
