What do you like best about Superside?

I find Superside very scalable, as they can quickly adjust capacity to meet our internal demands. They help us developing the right messages and maintain a consistent voice in our customer communications, which has improved our engagement with customers and created a more consistent brand experience. I also appreciate their assistance leveling up our creative work. The services related to copywriting, email and landing page design, and content strategy have been particularly valuable. They help us effectively deliver content across different channels despite our resource constraints, ensuring our messages are compelling and make sense for each channel and audience. What do you dislike about Superside?

I think Suprside is a great creative and strategic partner for any business. If I had to find an opportunity create more value for our business, project schedules and plans could have helped keep our team on track a little more. What do you like best about Superside?

I like that Superside team gives me access to a wide variety of design specialties, including motion design, UI/UX design, copywriting, illustration, and video editing. Instead of needing to do all this myself or seek a contractor each time, I have access to this wide set of skills all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superside?

Superside is usually very efficient and gets things done very quickly. However, turnaround time sometimes takes longer than it would if when working with a designer in-house. That's just the nature of this kind of work and is fine if you're working with reasonable deadlines; just something to consider if you have a high volume of last-minute design requests. What do you like best about Superside?

Superside has been a great partner for providing creative assets and acting as a strategic marketing thought partner. I appreciate their ability to scale and meet our ever-changing business needs, especially since we have small teams for sales and marketing. Their creative expertise stands out, and I was really impressed with the brand strategy and voice project they delivered. One of the most valuable aspects is having a fabulous project manager, Caro, who keeps us on top of things and collaborates with us on ideas for new projects that serve our business needs. What do you dislike about Superside?

I wish there was an easier way to communicate with our team...email doesn't seem to be a very fast way of communicating and though we have a Teams integration, it also doesn't allow me to send a quick note to our project manager if it's outside of a project chat. Additionally, when she is out of office, it's even harder to communicate with whoever is filling in for her on a quick-need basis. What do you like best about Superside?

I love Superside's portal and their incredible project management team. They work to ensure that our creative aspects of events are a big success. Superside is cost-effective and easy to use, with features that make managing creative assets seamless. I appreciate how Superside supported us in creating a large amount of creative assets quickly, taking the stress and bandwidth issues off our internal team. Their team is fantastic to work with, and project managers are reliable, supportive, and kind. The portal's intuitive and easy-to-use design streamlines our projects and saves us from using clunky internal systems. They take feedback well, adhere to deadlines, and come to us with new offerings aligned with our goals, making them helpful. "Collaborative Design Excellence with Superside"
What do you like best about Superside?

I've been using Superside for just over 2 years, and the experience has been extremely collaborative. They're very attentive, open to feedback, resolution-oriented, and have a variety of talented team members. I love that I get to chat with them directly on their platform and they're so quick to respond. Their producers and project managers are extremely organized. I like the user experience on their site when I log in and need to start a new project. It's as simple as clicking a button and filling out a brief which asks great poignant questions. I'm able to attach resources, tell them exactly what I'm looking for, and they review and get back to me immediately to confirm details. All of this happens under the project chat, keeping everything in one place. They adhere the 'style' of design to meet our brand guidelines so that they feel like a seamless part of our design ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superside?

I find that if it's a rush/urgent project I need support with, that I can't really lean on Superside and have to do it myself, because their turnaround time does not allow for urgent projects. That would be my only wish as a client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Superside?

Because the team is global, the design is consistently shaped by the best email and social practices from around the world. In addition, the dedicated team is highly responsive to both the work and our feedback, which has enabled quick execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superside?

Now that we have a very capable, proactive account manager in place, our team feels confident in Superside’s ability to deliver A+ work. That said, we’d love for the team to come to the table more consistently with fresh ideas on how to make the work even stronger, drawing on insights from other brand partners and similar learnings. I’d also like a clearer handle on scope usage so we can ensure the Superside team is delivering as much value as possible within each monthly period. I recognize that this will come with time and experience working under the new scope, and I’m confident we’ll naturally find the most efficient way to collaborate in the weeks ahead. What do you like best about Superside?

I appreciate Superside for extending our capacity for campaign strategy, copywriting, and creative development and production. Their copywriting capability and deliverables were probably the most well-used and successful work we did with them. I find their project management, account management, copywriting, and creative direction to be of good quality, and I would encourage them to continue to invest in these capabilities. What do you dislike about Superside?

I found it clunky to work through Superspace as it required us to use another platform on top of our internal systems. While I understand the necessity for Superside to maintain consistency across clients via this platform and the project processes baked into it, it added a layer of complexity for us. What do you dislike about Superside?

I think there can be some process to get things executed. We don't think it works well for us to give a truly broad idea and just say come back to us. We often feel like we need to be much closer and detailed on what we need in order to feel things are successful. Also--the fact that SS can give us ideas on UX/UI or campaigns but can't necessarily execute on those ideas/designs is a point of friction that holds us back from developing things. Given my perspective on both sides, I’ve seen how intentionally Superside has worked to strengthen its operations, platform, and team structure. Today, I don’t have any significant concerns.
