**What do you like best about Designity?**

The absolute best part is the dedicated Creative Director model. Having Matthew N. act as our central strategic partner gave us a level of creative agility we couldn't find anywhere else. He effortlessly translated our complex, highly technical requirements into a seamless, premium e-commerce experience. The ability to dynamically pull in specialized, top-tier talent to perfectly match our luxury vision—without dealing with multiple freelancers or hidden agency fees—was incredible

**What do you dislike about Designity?**

Because they operate at such a high, strategic level, the initial onboarding and project request phase requires you to be extremely detailed and precise with your briefs. There is a slight learning curve to utilizing their platform effectively. However, once our Creative Director locked in our exact 'design house' aesthetic, that upfront effort paid off massively, and the workflow became incredibly fast and frictionless.

**Recommendations to others considering Designity:**

Treat your Creative Director as a true strategic partner rather than just an order-taker. Come to the table with clear, highly detailed project briefs and a solid understanding of your brand goals. If you lean fully into their collaborative model and trust their creative process, they will absolutely elevate your brand's digital footprint beyond your expectations.

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced the complex challenge of completely repositioning our brand from a standard apparel manufacturer to a high-end luxury design house. Designity solved this by acting as our strategic partner, effortlessly translating our highly technical manufacturing specs into a seamless, premium B2C e-commerce experience. This has directly elevated our perceived value in the market and validated our premium pricing to our customers.

**What do you like best about Designity?**

I love the Designity is flexible when it comes to design and choices and creativity and even in the people that you work with.

**What do you dislike about Designity?**

I think their plans are high, but considering what they actually do it makes sense, but I just wish there was more transparency on who we’re paying and I understand the overall operations, but it is a bit expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Designity:**

I would say be open to different opinions and sometimes those opinions can steer you in a different direction when it comes to your marketing plan and they can actually elevate your business to the next level.

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designity is lacking virtually nothing when it comes to marketing. The biggest area for improvement, in my view, is strengthening what they offer around marketing strategy and the development of marketing plans for those who need more on the management side vs. project completion. That said, they are a great company to work with overall, and I genuinely love all of the branding materials they created for us. Everything was consistently turned around very quickly, and we were able to accomplish a lot in a short period of time.

**What do you like best about Designity?**

Nothing at all they are a waste of time.

**What do you dislike about Designity?**

Time frame l, to many cooks and they want to use the “free 2weeks” to have meetings and calls, even tho you have put in a project brief

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make you wait nearly two weeks just for a kickoff call, all while promising that you’ll “see what they can do.” The so-called two-week onboarding is misleading.

On the kickoff call, they don’t show any actual design concepts. Instead, you’re presented with generic slides about timelines and payment structures — nothing creative, nothing tangible. Despite being told you’d see concepts during this call, you don’t.

They also start sending emails asking you to complete tasks that have already been done, which shows a complete lack of coordination.

You’re required to submit your first project in advance, with the expectation that concepts will be presented on the call — but again, that never happens. By the time all the meetings and “lockoff” calls are finished, you’re already deep into the billing period, and that’s clearly by design.

The whole process feels engineered to run down the clock so billing starts before you’ve received any real value.

Do not take their “two weeks” at face value.

Designity offers a wide range of creative professionals, each with their own area of expertise. It truly serves as a one-stop shop for any marketing need.

We are very pleased with the service we receive. The idea behind the add-ons is excellent, but we find it challenging to take advantage of them because our needs often arise more quickly than we can obtain internal approvals.

**Recommendations to others considering Designity:**

Give it a try, you'll be as pleasantly surprised as we were. The two-week trial offers a fantastic opportunity to test-drive the platform, and for us, it was all we needed to get started. After that, we never looked back and began producing projects right away. We've now worked with Designity for a year and have no intention of stopping.

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Qcells, we are a small but growing marketing team and needed access to creative resources without paying agency prices.  Our needs are broad, so the model of 'on-demand' creatives with many different capabilities allows us to cover all our needs without continuously looking for specialists...Designity has them all!

The team is professional and very talented. They have a quick turnaround and produce high-quality work. Their portal and use of Miro for design presentation/feedback are constructive and efficient. They can scale up very quickly when we get busy.

They offer a wide range of capabilities and have consistently excelled in every area where I have worked with them. I would suggest considering their services before bringing new members onto your design team. You are paired with a creative director who oversees your design projects, so it's important to make sure the creative director is a good match for your brand or organization. Take the time to support them and help them succeed. They can also handle more aspects of marketing than design like implementing designs in email platforms and running/managing ad campaigns.

Designity addresses bandwidth issues for our internal design team. We use them to supplement our internal team by having them design email marketing, ads for paid social media advertising, miscellaneous marketing graphics, pattern design for apparel products, and marketing catalogs for our wholesale sales team.

Our day to day interaction with our creative director (shout out to Simon!) is fantastic and something I've come to enjoy. The value and quality of deliverables we receive from the team is worth every penny! The work we have received from Designity always aligns with our initial request and is delivered on time with an exceptional level of detail. Submitting new project requests is easy and I appreciate the collaboration we get from the Designity when working through projects.

The best part about Designity is the level of talent and dedication they provide through their creative directors. Working with Sitara was an exceptional experience—she went above and beyond to understand our vision, anticipate our needs, and deliver work that consistently exceeded expectations. She didn’t just complete tasks; she took ownership of our branding and infused every project with creativity and strategic thinking. The added structure of mood boards and clear communication on the Miro board made it easy to provide input, even as someone unfamiliar with design processes.

**What do you dislike about Designity?**

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about my experience with Designity. If anything, my only regret is not working with them sooner! The process was smooth, the quality of work exceeded my expectations, and Sitara made the collaboration effortless. If I had to give one small note, it would be that because the work was so high-quality, it set the bar incredibly high for any future design partnerships. **What do you like best about Designity?**

We loved working with Designity! Their staff is extremely professional and diligent. Your Creative Director maps out timelines so you know when to expect projects and they hit the mark every time! We also had weekly calls to go over feedback and ideas to make sure we were all always on the same page! They truly understood our vision and delivered! 10/10!

Their portal was a little confusing in the beginning but quickly got the hang of it.

We've partnered with other creative agencies before, but our experience with Designity stands out from the rest. The ability to communicate directly with an experienced Creative Director (shout-out to Matt!) has help ensure we get exactly what we need from our creative team. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a super quick-turnaround project (thinking 24-36hr turnaround time) done on time, but I think that's just the reality of working with any external creative team, and not necessarily a specific issue with Designity.

If you're thinking about working with Designity, I'd highly recommend it! Be prepared for a collaborative experience where direct communication with a Creative Director helps ensure your vision is realized. Their process is straightforward, but make sure you’re clear on your goals from the outset to get the best results. The team works quickly and efficiently, but it helps to stay organized on your end too.

We've been working with Designity for over a year now, and they've been an invaluable resource for our tiny in-house creative team! Our Creative Director, Matt, is a great communicator and just all-around pleasant person to work with, and does a wonderful job working with his team to help bring our brand to life. One of my favorite things about Designity is just how flexible they are. We can always pivot to a different project when priorities shift internally, and Matt makes those transitions seamlessly. I have full trust in the team and know they understand our brand and how we want to show up in the world, and it takes a ton of work off our small internal team's shoulders.

As the Senior Social Media Associate at Physician's Choice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Designity for about a year now, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Since I joined, they played a crucial role in bringing our influencer PR boxes to life at the start of 2024, and starting in April, they’ve been instrumental in igniting our social media presence, particularly on Instagram.

Their support has helped us transform our Instagram from good to great. We’ve now shifted to monthly batch content production, complete with copy, and this shift has been a game-changer for us. Designity's thorough communication, ability to meet tight deadlines, and kind, flexible approach during organizational changes have made them an invaluable partner.

The best features about Designity are their simple processes for requesting and completing projects and their expertise in creative content. They're able to collaborate with you and provide ideas and feedback as you work to create something new.

The least helpful part of Designity I've experienced is bringing on one creative who didn't understand our brand but once I provided feedback, this was quickly resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Designity:**

I would definitely give them a chance and personally would use them again in the future. They are great for one off projects to boost your content production and do a great job building your brand alongside you and your team.

I've had a wonderful experience working with the Designity team, led by our awesome creative director Amit. They’ve always delivered on time which has made project management for our company a much smoother process. They're always incredibly responsive which speeds up the creative process to keep projects moving forward and they always make us feel like a top priority.

Beyond their timeliness, the creative flow they bring to the table is exactly what our company needs. It's extremely collaborative and they take constructive feedback gracefully. Their tools and process flow are super easy to use, making it simple for us to keep track of progress and collaborate seamlessly. Whether it's designing digital ads, producing high-quality videos, creating infographics, or polishing presentations, Amit and his team have hit the mark every time. Our account manager Kensie is a fantastic person to work with. She has such amazing communication skills, is honest about the resources needed and the best ways designity can help and what it is we have to prepare for. Her ability to help us layout the project plan is top notch and we have come so far with her help and input on some of our biggest inatives of the year.

Ummm...I wish they were my in house team? I really have nothing bad to say about this company.

Pooyan continues to be a phenomenal creative director and a true asset to our team. Strategy and insights are de facto - and in fact are given in spades. Pooyan constantly pushes us to expand our creative horizons and does a great job explaining the "why" behind his recommendations. He has become deeply knowledgeable about the somewhat niche, somewhat narrow space we play in. Pooyan also does a good job selecting the right design talent for each project. He has a good eye for who would be the best fit and has allowed us to maintain the same designer throughout multiple projects, building continuity and expertise.

We are better because of Designity and our team couldn't be more thrilled.

**What do you like best about Designity?**

I've been working with Designity for a couple of years now (maybe 3?) and I am always super impressed with the quality and quantity of work that they generate. My Creative Director, Matt, is really talented and organized and makes my life generally easier. I've run all sorts of projects through them from 3D animated videos to social media strategy plans to full-scale branding for new products and collections. Everything has been great and I fully believe that Designity is worth every single penny (and I'm on their most expensive plan).

**What do you dislike about Designity?**

With every agency-type setup, there's a bit of a feedback lag, especially when you are first onboarding with them. However, once the designers get to know your brand and what you usual comment on, projects start going quicker and quicker.

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designity fills some major gaps in our team and covers the work of what I estimate would otherwise be 4-6 full-time employees. They truly will do anything and everything in the design realm. They're adaptable, quick, skilled, and super valueable.

**What do you like best about Designity?**

My favorite thing about Designity is that they provide both a Creative Director and Creative. This takes most of the project management off my plate as well and allows me to fully focus on other tasks I might be dealing with.

**What do you dislike about Designity?**

It is a little struggle to manage being charged monthly rather than based on projects. This means that I need to have at least a couple projects queued up just in case one gets done within the month period. (This can also be viewed as a plus since you may get more bang for your buck this way.)

**Recommendations to others considering Designity:**

List out your projects and goals before you take the leap. This will allow you to evaluate the best choice of tiers. A long-term partnership with Designity would be ideal. However, it may be more constructive for you to up the tier you commit to and shorten the partnership (dependent upon your needs and goals).

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with Brand Visuals that were underdeveloped and thus creating inconsistencies across all platforms and materials. Designity helped us develop our Brand Visual arsenal and build a better foundation to build off of. This will allow us to present a more cohesive front and establish more credibility with our customers and peers.

Time is our most precious resource and Rich delivered all of our communication at the right time.  I really appreciated his availability, and timely responses to my questions while bringing the vision to pass.  Rich demonstrated integrity in every project and delivered with excellence.  We had tried a few creative solutions that fell flat in the past with poor communication and misalignment.  Rich, Joey, & the team at Designity kept us updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

No downside here!  We were absolutely amazed  with our journey and would highly recommend Designity.

He's constantly pushing us to go just a little bit further, and does a great job explaining the "why" behind his recommendations. Honestly, nothing. They are nimble, timely, collaborative and do great work. They have helped our marketing creative grow by leaps and bounds.

Designity is a great option for companies that have a range of design needs, but don't have a robust internal design team. Designity gives us the opportunity and flexiblity to do a wide range of design work at a reasonable pricepoint. Everything is managed by one point person (our creative director) who is adept at managing the entire project, from working with the designers, consolidating feedback, managing timelines, etc. -- it's all very seamless to us and easy to manage.

**What problems is Designity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designity helps us solve two problems. First, we have an excellent creative director who is able to tap into a large and diverse network of design talent. This solves for needing different types of design talent for different projects without having to hire multiple resources. Second, we are in the heavily-regulated financial space and have a lot of constraints on what we can do and say from a marketing standpoint. Designity has help us creatively solve for these constraints, continuously providing recommendations and suggestions that help us move the needle without going too far.
