**What do you like best about Geta.ai?**

I appreciate how Geta.ai supports our use of Salesforge and improves personalization across campaigns. It automates a big part of prospect research while still keeping outreach human and relevant, which is something many tools struggle with. By combining Salesforge for sending and sequencing with Geta.ai for research and enrichment, our outbound process became much smoother and less manual. The quality of personalization improved, and reply rates followed. You can get used to it in a short period of time, making it a practical and scalable system for outbound teams.

Geta.ai automates prospect research, enhances campaign personalization, and integrates well with Salesforge, making our outbound process smoother and less manual. This improves our personalization quality and reply rates, and it's scalable once optimized.

**What do you like best about Geta.ai?**

Our Company- SRV Media is a marketing and advertising agency. And we have been using Geta.ai for over a year now. So far we are very happy in how we manage customer engagement for our clients using this tool.

We use this took on everyday basis to check up and manage new leads, And set and manage drip campaigns.

The chatbot and automation features are top-grade. Like we are using the chat bot on Our website to collect the leads and also Solve user queries. The best feature is their Smart AI bot feature that answers Automated user queries instantly. We are also using Contact Module of this platform to store and manage leads. Plus Their automation journey module is a game changer. Like we are using it to set up the drip campaigns across various channels.

Implementing this tool is very easy. You just have to signup and then connect with the business manager account. If not so the support team is always ready to help you.

The team behind Geta.ai is also extremely supportive. They helped us with quick onboarding and still help us with consistent product improvements. It’s become an integral part of our MarTech stack.

Also Yes They provide various Integrations like Shopify and Facebook forms. We have connected Facebook forms to capture and manage leads from facebook ads. Again the support team can help you with the Integration queries or you can also refer to their knowledge- base Doc.

**What do you dislike about Geta.ai?**

I can say there are a few improvements like- 
This platform could offer more advanced filters. Also the UI takes a bit of time to get used to initially. So A virtual training tour would be beneficial.

**What problems is Geta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First there was no organized system. There was no centralized system to capture and manage leads. Plus Traditional Marketing methods were too time costing and cliche. That's when We got Introduced with this product and we got to know  a new way of marketing things. So Geta.ai Has solved a lot of problems like there are no more scattered leads now, No more manual workload and there's no more repetitive task for the employees anymore.

**What do you like best about Geta.ai?**

I really like how everything is in one place — chatbots, smart forms, email/SMS/WhatsApp broadcasting, and even deal tracking. The AI chatbots are responsive and work seamlessly on both web and WhatsApp, which makes support feel super fast and available 24/7. The automation tools are a huge time-saver too. I also love how easy it is to set up personalized customer journeys without needing to be super technical. The integration with platforms like Facebook Lead Forms and Shopify just makes things smoother.

**What do you dislike about Geta.ai?**

The platform is powerful, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features. It would be great if there were more onboarding guidance or tutorials for new users. Sometimes, you need to dig around to figure out how to best use all the tools. But once you get the hang of it, it’s worth it.

Geta.ai helps solve the challenge of managing customer communication across multiple channels. Before using it, we had to juggle between different tools for chat, email, WhatsApp, and lead capture — which was messy and inefficient. Now, everything is centralized. The AI chatbots handle basic inquiries automatically, which saves our team a lot of time and ensures customers get instant responses. We’re also capturing more leads thanks to the smart forms and seeing better engagement from personalized broadcasts. Overall, it’s helped us streamline our workflow, respond faster, and stay more connected with our customers — all of which has improved our conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Geta.ai?**

Geta.ai enables businesses to create and deploy AI chatbots effortlessly and at scale. With Geta.ai, we managed to automate lead qualification, respond to FAQs and escalate complicated queries all from a single consolidated inbox. It is a major time saver while improving responsiveness and engagement. The ease of setup, integration with existing CRMs and tools and multi-channel support are major advantages.

**What do you dislike about Geta.ai?**

As of now there are no disadvantages of this product. I havent found anything that i dislike.

Before we started using it, we wasted a lot of time answering repetitive questions, qualifying leads and navigating multiple platforms. The outcome is quicker engagement, reduced manual work and a better customer experience.

We  used this platform for setting up drip campaigns and automated messages. the customer support team is also good.

Prices are a bit higher. I feel prices can be reduced a bit.
