I like how easy it is to see the paper trail with Gaviti. I can simply go into the invoice and see if another collector has any notes or if a project manager or account manager has added any insights about why an invoice hasn't been paid or how close we are to billing these invoices. It really makes data collection hassle-free. Gaviti gives great tracking on invoices that have gone out to customers, shows when that customer has opened those invoices, and allows them to pay directly through the emails that are automatically generated.

The interface is clean and straightforward, and the app is easy to use. I also like the automated reminders sent to clients, and the payment options are simple and convenient for clients as well.

There is a lot of automation that can be done in Gaviti. Although it can be too much sometimes, it is still a very big help.
