**What do you like best about Q360?**

We managed to reach our main goal (ONE ERP nationally across all states) within a very
challenging timeline and budget. Q360 allowed us:
- to align all our workflows and reporting on National level
- to merge into Holding company with all companies working in Q360
- to have transparent and detailed reporting
-  to increase our productivity

Q360 implementation puts us years ahead of our competition. It also gives us a lot of efficiency gains and options for future growth.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

Some customisations as we were first Australian customer. But we didn't pay for most of them, just spent some time explaining our requirements and testing the work done.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Q360 implementation objectives were  business process optimisation and reorganisation in order to:
- Keep operations lean and make them scalable
- Simplify and standardise current procedures
- Eliminate waste and non-efficient processes and documentation
- Support future growth without the need for an increase in the number of staff
- Free up employees from routine tasks so they can give more attention to customer needs 

Desired features included our beginning-to-end workflow represented by the following modules. 
- Finance
- CRM
- Business Development
- Sales (and quoting tool)
- Job tool (products/labour BoM quantities and costs)
- Project Management
- Procurement

**What do you like best about Q360?**

The team at Solutions 360 knows and understands our industry. This is reflected in the software they produce. Q360 is a complete solution handling every aspect of our business. The developers listen to our needs, add new features and enhance existing processes. With each upgrade, the system gets better and better.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

There really isn't anything I dislike. A feature that would be extremely helpful is to add Field Level Security to restrict users from selecting certain options in a drop-down field linked to a general code (i.e. only allowing specified users to select certain statuses or types.

**Recommendations to others considering Q360:**

Spend plenty of time training the staff and understanding the accounting impact of all the system configurations. The Business Analyst assigned to you is extremely important in understanding the impact of configuration decisions.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run my business through Q360. While I can not control users, I can control what they can do through great software. The main benefit we realized is controlled processes resulting in accurate and timely management and financial reporting enabling us to run and grow our business.

**What do you like best about Q360?**

Solutions 360 has a team of experts, that are helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. They are a team that cares about their customer and are willing to listen to ideas. When those ideas make sense and are useful to the industry, they are implemented.  The software is forward-thinking, looks to predict, and is constantly improving.  Q360 has helped our organization become more efficient and create accountability amongst departments and roles. The clarity provided through reporting, financials, and dashboards has helped with executive decision-making and forecasting. I really look forward to future innovation as the product evolves and becomes even better.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

On occasion, special needs or customizations can take a long time to implement. However, it is understood that all changes need to be vetted and reviewed to ensure quality. Also, at times during upgrades, certain custom features may need to be reprogrammed to work properly in the new version. In those instances, the S360 team acknowledges the issue and makes the necessary changes quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Q360:**

Our implementation was 4 years ago and was difficult. I understand that the process has been updated significantly so that the data migration is accurate and easier to conduct. Ask questions and avoid customizations. Many customizations that we thought we needed were reverted back to the out-of-the-box offering within 2 years of implementation. The challenge to change back was a distraction. Trust the S360 team when making decisions.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the problem of inconsistent revenue recognition from past business systems. We have benefited from job costing that is accurate, along with reliable financials that are easily auditable and align with GAAP. We have benefitted from greater visibility to assist our teams in decision-making and predicting.

**What do you like best about Q360?**

The Q360 platform has enabled all of our critical business data to be in one location as a single source of truth and enabling end to end visibility of true project analysis.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

There are some areas of the dashboards where further analysis of the data is required, I believe improvements in this will be in the next release.  The Q360 team has taken on feedback and can see the commitment for continual improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Q360:**

Important for all key stakeholders to understand the links between each area of the business so they can understand the complete workflow.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate cost estimation, inventory management and project health checks in real time.

Q360 has given us a much better view of our business, by combining multiple software packages into one.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

Only the amount of energy and time it takes to implement it. There are so many ways to use Q360, there is no one way to use it, so training our staff is hard.

**Recommendations to others considering Q360:**

If you are currently not completely happy with your ERP system, buy it!

Our finance tool is at the tip of our fingers, which allows us to see in real-time.

**What do you like best about Q360?**

The ability to search for products and customer data isn’t very easy and if you don’t have certain credentials to search with, there is always a way to find what you’re looking for.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

It tends to slow down or freeze often. It tends to make our productivity a little less efficient.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized our main problem is that we have too many products that aren’t fully categorized and need to organize them.
We do see the benefits of reorganizing our software to make everyone find what they need quicker and more efficient with project timelines.

**What do you like best about Q360?**

Q360 is an intuitive, powerful tool with core features and enhancements that allow our colleagues to be more efficient and to provide a better customer experience to our clients. It continues to offer opportunities for growth in and out of the software that our company has never had before.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

-Our organization process such a high volume of data - we struggle with grid and report functionality (believe this is improved in V10.03)
-Document storage > how documents are stored as a table in Q360 > space concerns 
-Would like to see integration with microsoft outlook in various modules in web client 
-Sometimes feel like  major changes are released via new versions so quickly, the upgrade process is difficult for us with customizations

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-How to be more consistent and predictable across 10+ branches
-How to increase our utilization, productivity, and billable efficiency
-Data & dashboards > seeing how we're doing and making operational decisions in real time,
-Our accounting department is able to reconcile a month within 1-2 business days and a year within 3-5 business days (our "year end" reconciliation previously could last until mid January).

**What do you like best about Q360?**

Q360 gave us a number of significant improvements over our prior system. In addition to the great analytical data at our fingertips what I liked most was the visibility we had to the data and the easy ways to present it. Q360 gave us tools to make the right decisions and to see problems before they were critical and gave us the time to get corrective action taken.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

Although they have excellent customer service you did have to find the right person for the customized changes we had in place. I realize this will not impact every user it was the only issue we had.

**Recommendations to others considering Q360:**

I highly recommend Q360 to anyone who needs real-time decision-making data on a daily basis. This is one solution they will not regret making.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility of the data for decision making was an issue with our prior system totally resolved with Q360. We now had real-time data at our fingertips. We could see how every project was progressing in real-time and did not have to just rely on our best guess or someone's word. There were too many benefits to go into detail but this was a perfect solution for our business

**What do you like best about Q360?**

I found Q360 to be a powerful tool for our business.  It helped us not only manage our business more efficiently but gave us tremendous critical insight on processes.

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

It can be a little complex in some areas but that's also what gave us the capabilities we wanted so fair trade.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved most of our internal processes.  It has helped us get control of how information and process requirements flow throughout our organization.  Nothing gets missed saving us time and customer grief.  If it's in the Q it needs to be done.  It's as simple as that.

Q360 is not equipment to handle document control and storage

We solved our contract changes and better management and job costing.  We are looking at project cost in real time compared to reviewing projects after they are completed.

**What do you like best about Q360?**

There is not much positive that I can think to say.  The software allows you to tie together all of the primary facets of a typical business... sales, accounting, purchasing/inventory-management, customer service... but does not do any one of them particularly well.  They are working on a new web version of the software, but this has been going on for some time with minimal obvious progress.  I think this software is designed for very large companies with unskilled employees who are trained to complete limited tasks without grasping the larger picture.  Instead of this software being a tool for people to use to improve their and their company's performance, it seems designed to use people as its tools (and it's definitely not qualified to be in charge).

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

Sloppy & inconsistent design and actions, poor/frustrating user experience, archaic and non-intuitive user interface, buggy, crashes, slow, inconsistent behavior that cannot be explained or resolved by their support team, allows you to set contradictory information without flags or warnings... time-suck.

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End-to-end business solution.  We have not realized benefits.  This software has added significant administrative overhead while decreasing quality of output.

**What do you like best about Q360?**

The ability to copy quotes to potentially save yourself the time of having to do the painstakingly long process over again for a client needing similar or exact items. 

**What do you dislike about Q360?**

Literally almost everything. It is extremely clunky, slow, and time consuming. It is not intuitive or user friendly. There are lots of functions that are completely unnecessary for sales people and would be best if each users screen was optimized only to show the screens and functions pertaining to their job functions when they login. I hate that in order to put in a potential opportunity or lead, and provide a quote to a prospect you must first put them into the system as a customer. As if they are truly a customer. The system is full of "customers" and hundreds are being added weekly, but even if every sales person was a rock star only 25-30% of those would be legitimate customers at the end of the sales cycle. It feels like a massive waste of time to me. 

**Recommendations to others considering Q360:**

It is very detailed, very cumbersome, slow, time consuming, and will not be easy to learn. It will also frustrate employees that are used to a faster paced work ethic, that want to do things quickly, and those that are type A personalities. 

**What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to be able to monitor the activity of our employees across the company. Sales, Admin, Tech, etc. There are benefits to more organized time billing, but the cumbersome process leads to an innaccurate snapshot of sales activity as it is too time consuming to document all activity within this software. Perhaps if it had an app that allowed for updating activity such as drop ins, calls, emails, appts that may lead to more acitivity being entered.
