You can orgainze it by the columns you chose and you can sort each column ascending and descending to make your search even more easy and organized. I use this to notate invoices and it is super simple to notate and set follow ups for your reachouts. **What do you dislike about Gaviti?** There are very few things I dislike. One being that our company holds so much information that it slows the system and sometimes resets itself. Another is that it does not identify the "enter" key when you want to search for something, and when you accidently do hit it, it will reset the page and you have to start your search over. I have learned to try to remind my memory to hit TAB then Enter. **What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is amazing that we can allow our AE/Sales teams to have access to the system. It is very useful that they are in PDF format as well. I would also like the ability to get statement histories on there. Also if I download more than one invoice for the same company making them on one PDF instead of a Zip file would save me even more time. **What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to get invoices without having to go through the accounting team first. Since I am not in accounting directly this saves a lot of time for my team and myself. We are able to take many types of payments. **What do you dislike about Gaviti?** when a payment is rejected, the invoice will no longer allow any additional attempts to pay to occur. The customer assumes it went through. This is problematic for collections. **What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being short staffed, we needed a resource that could handle repetitive transactions to regulate our collection process.
