"Centralized Receivables Management Boosts Efficiency"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I really like using Gaviti for the clear visibility it gives over outstanding payments. The dashboard makes it easy for me to see who owes what, how long invoices have been overdue, and what follow-up stage each account is in. I especially appreciate the automated reminders—they save me time and ensure consistent communication without feeling repetitive. The dashboard also helps me start my day with clarity; instead of checking multiple reports, I can instantly see total outstanding, aging buckets, high-risk accounts, and priority follow-ups all in one place. This helps me plan my day better and focus on accounts that need immediate attention. Together, these features reduce manual efforts, improve collection efficiency, and give me better control over receivables daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Overall, Gaviti works well, but there are a few areas that could be improved: more customizable reports would help, especially when preparing management summaries or client-specific analysis. A slightly simpler interface for new users, as some features take time to fully understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Receivables Management with Needed Improvements"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I really like the clear visibility and control Gaviti provides over receivables. It lets me track overdues easily and manage follow-ups in a structured way, which helps maintain better cash flow without relying on manual tracking. The real-time view of outstanding invoices, aging reports, and follow-up statuses all in one place is especially valuable. It allows me to instantly identify high-risk accounts and prioritize follow-ups, leading to quicker decisions and improved collection cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Overall, Gaviti works well for us, but there are a few areas that could be improved. I would like more advanced reporting options for deeper financial analysis and customized MIS reports. There's a need for greater flexibility in workflow, especially for handling complex hospitality billing structures. Smoother ERP integration would help to reduce minor manual interventions. Finally, a slightly more intuitive UI for new users during onboarding would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Payment Tracking for Freelancers"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I love using Gaviti as a professional freelancer. It helps me manage my payment follow-ups and overdue tracking in a structured way. It keeps all my clients' invoices, reminders, and follow-up communication in one place, so I don't miss timelines and stay consistent without spending hours manually chasing payments. What I like most is the clarity and control it gives me; everything is in one place—who has to pay, what's pending, what's overdue, and what follow-up is next—without needing to track manually. It keeps my payments process organized, professional, and stress-free. Some of the standout features include not missing follow-ups, clear overdue visibility so I know which invoices are pending, and better client communication that feels structured. It also saves me time as I spend less time chasing payments and more time working. The setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Honestly, Gaviti is very useful- but a few things could definitely be improved. Some features feel a bit too structured, so as a freelancer, I sometimes want more flexibility in how I track clients. Customization could be better. A few actions still feel manual, especially when updating notes or status. The UI can feel slightly heavy when I just want quick follow-ups and tracking. "Brings Clarity and Structure to Logistics Collections"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I like Gaviti because it brings control and clarity to collections, which is essential for my logistics business. The single dashboard view of all overdues helps eliminate confusion, and the automated follow-up and reminders ensure nothing gets missed. I also find the proper workflow tracking beneficial as it shows what's pending, done, or stuck. The structured handling of disputes avoids messy back-and-forth communication, and it promotes better accountability across my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Honestly, Gaviti is strong overall, but a few things can be better: more customization in workflow and follow-up rules, reporting can feel limited when we want deeper insights, integration with some tools/ERP's could be smoother, UI sometimes feels heavy when handling large volumes. These are not deal-breakers, but improving them would make it even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Collections with Visible Workflows"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I like how Gaviti brings discipline and clarity to typically chaotic processes. The end-to-end visibility feature stands out for me, as I can clearly see what's pending, overdue, and stuck without chasing the team for updates. The structured workflow keeps follow-ups consistent and doesn't depend on individual working styles. I also appreciate the better control on disputes, as they don't get lost in mail and it's easier to track what's blocking payments. The audit-friendly tracking is useful because every activity is documented properly, helping during reviews. Improved accountability is another aspect I like; it's clear who owns which cases and what the next action is. Overall, Gaviti enhances control, accountability, and collections efficiency without needing manual interventions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Gaviti works well overall, but a few things can be improved. Some workflows still feel a bit rigid, and I wish there were more flexible options in customizing rules and templates. Also, certain reports and dashboards could be more detailed and easier to filter. Better integration options with ERP/tools would also make the experience smoother and reduce manual work. "Boosts Follow-Up Efficiency with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I really like the clear visibility and control Gaviti gives over the entire follow-up process. It's helpful for someone like me handling transactional quality because I can instantly see what's pending, overdue, and stuck. The workflow feels structured and consistent across the team. It reduces the dependency on manual trackers and follow-up reminders. I find it easier to spot quality gaps and fix them faster. Overall, it brings a lot of clarity, discipline, and accountability to the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Honestly, Gaviti is strong overall, but a few things could be better: reporting can feel a bit complex - for quick reviews, it takes extra clicks to get the exact view I need. Customization could be more flexible, especially when trying to align workflow to different clients/process requirements. The dashboard could be more intuitive - sometimes the layout feels more system-heavy than user-friendly. If these areas improve, it would make the experience even smoother for day-to-day work. "Streamlined Accounts Receivable with Great Visibility"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I like how Gaviti brings clarity and structure to the entire receivable process. Instead of chasing updates across emails, Excel sheets, and different teams, everything stays in one place — overdue status, follow-ups, history, disputes, and next actions. It also makes my day-to-day work smoother because I get real-time visibility on what's pending, follow-ups become consistent and trackable, and it's easier to prioritize high-risk accounts. Reporting becomes more reliable for reviews. I really enjoy how Gaviti keeps the workflow disciplined without feeling complicated. Task-based follow-ups make it clear what needs to be done next and by whom. Strong visibility for escalations makes it easier to push critical cases at the right time. A centralized communication trail helps a lot when internal teams ask for updates, and better accountability reduces follow-up gaps because every action is tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

A few things in Gaviti that don't work as well are: reporting could be more flexible - sometimes it takes extra efforts to get quick, customized views for leadership. The dashboard feels slightly rigid - I'd like more control over what I can pin or highlight. The learning curve for new users - it's not hard, but first-time users need some guidance to use it properly. Integration can be smoother - especially when connecting with ERPs or internal banking systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Tool, Elevates Credit Control Efficiency"
What do you like best about Gaviti?

I use Gaviti to help keep on top of debtors in my credit control role. It really helps to see my debtors in one place, making it easy to download an Excel with all my current invoices and to see which ones are overdue. I love the notes feature the most because it allows me to keep up to date with what has been done for each invoice or debt. The promise to pay addition within notes is awesome as it can be easily updated, providing a quick and helpful team update. I also like that I can set up email notifications, which remind me of what I need to do next for an invoice and when. Adding the same note to multiple invoices is super helpful and speeds up the process. Being able to filter invoices in many ways really helps to find information quickly. Using downloaded Excels for creating clear and quick client updates is another plus. And although I wasn't around for the initial setup, it’s been intuitive and easy to use in my first finance role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

I sometimes forget a filter is on and when I search for invoices it doesn't show them because of the filter. Maybe a clearer/bigger 'filter on' feature would help. It would also be useful to be able to see paid invoices up until a certain length of time. Like I say a section to see paid invoices so we can see previous notes would be helpful as it is sometimes helpful to look back on the notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

I really like the visibility and control Gaviti provides over the entire collections process. It makes it easy to track overdues in real-time, see follow-up status clearly, and automate reminders. It helps me keep everything organized without relying on manual Excel trackers. For me, it saves time and keeps the process more disciplined and consistent. The clear overdue tracking, lack of follow-up gaps, better team discipline, stronger dispute control, and easier reporting give me more confidence that the Accounts Receivable process is running properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

A few things in Gaviti could definitely be improved. Reporting can feel a bit limited—sometimes I need more flexible, quick to download reports for management reviews. The dashboard could be more customizable, especially when handling different customer categories. Some workflows still need manual intervention, especially for complex disputes or exceptions.
